Super upset with the front desk reception attitude when he called n i asked for 5-10 minutes more he said 300twd will be charged if i didn't check out within 5 minutes . With the charge it's only to grant another 15 minutes more . And he said it's system automated so he cannot do a thing about it .
Hence , i rushed to the reception disheveled n wearing slippers to match the time ( the process took time cos lift was super slow stop at every floor n got to go to 1st before coming up to 10th floor to take me to 11th where recept is ) .
Upon reaching , he said he got to charge 300 cos I'm 1-2 minutes late . All this while raising his voice at me from over the phone and throughout the time at the reception. Later he said he would waive off when I got upset with his attitude, I asked why he couldn't have grant the extra 5 minutes so I can get dressed n wear my shoes properly instead?
If it's within his authority to waive off , why make a customer rushed over 5 minutes??? This is not good customer service . 5 minutes is not a lot to ask for when some hotels even offered 1-2 hours extension.
I would really appreciate another 5 minutes to blow my hair n wear my shoes .
And still with that , again he was still talking in a loud tone . He was just causing a customer to be reactive n had to raise voice to talk to him n even asked me what was it i wanted now that he waived off . I asked for official receipt which he said he couldn't give n when i told him his attitude was what irritated me . He pretended to bow but the tone was still bad . There was no sincerity in his apology at all .
The reception the night before was ok , patient when the door lock got issue . But the rest like the switches couldn't charge , the mouldy floor in the bath n shower's blind . Totally won't recommend this . I hope the superiors would see this review . Cos I couldn't get anybody superior other than that receptionist n it left a very bad experience.
