酒店清潔服務員非常,非常敬業,值得一讚,今次我住7樓,計劃住三天,第一天便把二三天未洗的衣服洗了,因衣架不足便幾件疊在一起,未想到回房後,清潔服務員把我每一件都整整齊齊掛好,好感動,隔天見到亞姨多謝她,她說這是她的工作,同時怕我的衣服不干,沒有干衣服換,好貼心,
櫃檯的也好熱情,好溫心的一次台南體驗,再到台南會再住

房間不大但夠用，雙人床較小，衛生作的不錯，服務態度好，停車場管理好，早餐還可以(對房價而言)，附近吃的方便。

Shared a triple room with friends for two nights. Ww booked ahead online and got an excellent price. Full hotel with staffed desk, elevator, AC and fridge in room. The walk from the main train station is a bit grim though not far if you don't have too much luggage. Area turned out to be much nicer once we moved away from the station. Everything within walking distance and convenient to public transport. Lots of food options. Would go back but need to book ahead as it seems to be a popular place. Oh, the included breakfast was particularly good. The bathroom lacked privacy which can be a bit problematic if you're not that close to others sharing the room. The bathroom fixtures are a bit messed up with no shower curtain and the shower at waist height. Annoying but not a deal breaker for what we paid.
