Reception counter staff service is real disappointing. Took more than 30mins for check in process. Not sure if they have sufficient training for their task. Hotel breakfast buffet was crowded & messy as they allowing a lot walk in guests to dine in. The lobby concierge duty manager was helpful and nice.

This is a very good hotel, with convenient parkin. Hotel is located right in the neighborhood of Taichung railway station. In the night, there are many places to go, such as East Asia plaza, where you can taste Thai, Vienmize, and Indonesia food, Durian, etc.

Excellent service from the moment we alighted from the taxi. Room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the Railway Cultural Park.

First time business trip in Taichung. This hotel is close to the train station, however not the high speed rail station so do not get mistaken if you take HSR from Taipei or Taoyuan. Hotel is pretty new and room is spacious. Generally good facilities. Nearby pretty busy area with quite some restaurants but a lot a full during dinner time with long lines.

The best hotel I have stayed in my trip across Taipei, Taichung and Tainan. Clean spacious rooms and great service from staff, highly recommended.

Room was spacious with all essential amenities available. Although the check in timing was 4pm, they allowed us to checked in early when we arrived at around 1pm. Great service by the team. Room was equipped with umbrella as well for us to use amid the rainy season. Had a comfortable stay!

Very good service from counter and concierge staff! Room was HUGE with amenities and automated water bidet. Vanity mirror was huge and has lighting with it. Love that the shower and toilet area are separated. Would definitely come back again! Thank you!

Location is excellent. However, if you are light sleeper and wake up later, do request for room not facing the train station as the noise from the train can be heard from the room within. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Great service. Nice rooms, decent gym. However, location was not great. Although it was near the train station, there was a surprising amount of homeless individuals around the hotel. Moreover, the hotel appears to be surrounded by abandoned buildings, which kills the vibe of the hotel.

Hotel very modern. Lovely rooms. Rooms spacious and beds very comfortable. Medium softness. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great range. Only 15 min in taxi from HSR. Pool area nice, water not heated so about 23degrees. As we were only there for one night got taxis everywhere. The local area ok for one night or if business travel. If staying for Goemei wetlands, maybe you want to stay on the other side of the city.
