Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple. Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

Special thanks to the front desk manager and the front desk girl who were on night shift duty on the 16th of May. I was complaining about the air conditiin was not cool. The manage came to check. Then the front desk lady called me the first time to check me out. They offered me a change of room, which I did. Then she called me again to check me out when I moved to the second room. I respect the dedication.. Professionalism to the highest quality. Yes. The second still not cool enough for my standard... Pls do something about it. Location is great, breakfast is above average. The room was very clean and all the amenities were great! The staff are very friendly and welcoming! They are also very helpful! The location is great for hiking the mountain! I went to hike the mountain in the morning, and the staff brought my luggage to me at the foot of the mountain once I had finished hiking!

My overall experience at Ramada Plaza, Tai'an, was good. The room was comfortable, but the mountain view was limited, offering only a slight glimpse. Unfortunately, the balcony was locked and inaccessible during our stay. Nevertheless, the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We were glad to stay for one night after the 6 hour climb following the imperial route to rest and view the sun rise next morning. However there was no clear signage to direct us to the hotel. After much struggle, we finally found a path via Confucius temple. Staff knocked on our hotel door at 4.20am and we gathered in the lobby before 4.40am. Hotel staff led the guestp to a designated area and waited for the sun rise. We were happy to be able to witness the sun rise. Service by the front desk was great. Our phone was not working and the front desk staff came to our room to attend to us. During checkout, we informed the front desk to charge for the food stain caused by us and front desk staff was kind to waive it. Too bad we did not take down the name of the young man at the front desk who attended to us twice. Checkout was fast with walking distance to the cable car station. Would be great if breakfast was not optional and included in the room price.
