Era un edificio de nueva construcción (terminado en 2023), por lo que estaba limpio, las instalaciones eran buenas y SM AURA estaba justo al otro lado de la calle, lo cual fue genial. Llegué temprano en la mañana y tenía hambre, por lo que el 7-Eleven en el primer piso del edificio del hotel fue como una lluvia bienvenida (?) En una sequía, así que fue genial.
Fue agradable que SM AURA tuviera un restaurante donde las personas más quisquillosas con la comida pudieran probar una variedad de comida (una variedad de filipinas, chinas, japonesas, etc.), y que las habitaciones del hotel tuvieran un microondas, un fregadero simple y una gran pantalla Samsung. TV Si tienes una cuenta de Netflix, puedes verla en Corea. También puedes ver dramas y películas conectándolos. Los dramas y películas nacionales, en lugar de las emisiones extranjeras, alivian la fatiga. The hotel itself was OK, but in here I encountered very disgusting staff who blackmailed me.
a security guard and the receptionist girl Sophia, reported false alarms to the police just because I was a foreigner trying to scare me and intimidate me. In particular, the security guard took advantage of the fact that I had unwittingly offended Sophia and locked me in the hotel office without giving me a chance to explain the reason.from the beginning, he wanted to blackmail me, shame on him

The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances.
The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities.
The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help.
If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help.
Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

Location is convenient, there’s a Starbucks, McDonald’s and 7 11 store across the road. 2 minutes away from uptown mall. The room is enough for me with 2 luggages. The staff are all accommodating and friendly. Don’t forget to bring your own toiletries and buy bottle of water.

Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly.
Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel.
The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered.

la estancia fue buena. la ubicación es accesible. el agua es fuerte el aire acondicionado es genial. la cama es cómoda pero las almohadas eran planas. necesita reemplazo. las luces de la sala de estar eran tenues. las toallas no estaban disponibles cuando se registró, es necesario solicitarlas. wifi era fuerte pero bueno solo para 3 dispositivos. El precio del buffet es alto para su selección de comida. la piscina es buena el gimnasio es bueno pero no hay asistente. el registro de entrada y salida fue muy fácil. El vestíbulo está en el quinto piso, bastante inconveniente debido al tiempo de espera del ascensor. el personal era genial. es un condo-tel.

Best hotel experience ever. One night stay is not enough, we may have to book longer stay next time. Superb service!
One thing though, for breakfast you may need to add more options. Probably, add other Filipino dishes like tocino, longganisa and Champorado so other foreign visitors may experience Filipino breakfast cuisine.

UUsuario invitadoThe host is very responsive and took care of all our request prior to arrival specifically the parking. They made sure that we checked in comfortably.
It is a home but with a hotel type of service. The condo staff are also very polit and would open the doors for you. Their cleaners also made sure to provide us the requested supplies we needed during the stay. The toilteries are complete! from shampoo, soaps, shower caps, slippers and comb! - these stuff usually is only available in hotels. We also used the washing machine which helped us get clean clothes before we left.
Is it worth our money? Yes, and I will surely book in this place or with the same host again. They view is also very stunning!
By the way, if booking 7 days they have free airport shuttle service!

FFrancis C.There are lots of restaurants and malls to visit around the area so there was no issue grabbing some snacks for lunch and dinner. Staffs also assisted us during check-in so it was smooth all along. Also, the rooms we booked are properly cleaned upon our arrival. The beds and sofas are cozy to relax on. Minor concerns we had during our stay are the lack of bathrooms in the rooms especially if you are having 5 persons in each room. Also, there are no bidet or shower curtains installed. No bath soap was provided too but there is a shampoo at the very least. Although it is just around the corner of Landers so you can still buy any basic necessities you will need. Lastly, only two towels were prepared in each room but we were able to request for extras thru their hotline so everything was sorted out easily.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm accommodation by the host. My friends and I were able to hang out in BGC with no hassle.

1. Check-In and Reception: The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to detail. They kindly requested our valid IDs for booking validation and provided a brief overview of the hotel’s policies.
2. Room Quality: I booked a twin-bedroom room located on the Lower Ground floor (L3). The room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, although it lacked a window. The bed was comfortable—neither too hard nor too soft—with two pillows per bed. The room also featured a flat-screen television.
3. Amenities: While the hotel offers good facilities, there are a few areas for improvement:
- Parking: The parking lot is limited, with space for only about 10 cars, depending on their size.
- Breakfast and Dining: There is no free breakfast or hotel cafe, which would have been a convenient addition for guests.
- Complimentary Bottled Water: It would be great if bottled water were provided for guests without additional charges.
4. Location: The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the city. It’s just meters away from Bonifacio Global City, within walking distance to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. My stay at the brand new One Uptown Residence was amazing! The location is unbeatable, right across from the newest shopping center in Bonifacio Global City, Uptown Mall. It's incredibly convenient with cinemas, a large supermarket, a food court, and plenty of restaurants and shops all nearby. Uptown Parade and famous clubs like Valkyrie and Pool Palace are just a short walk away, making nightlife easily accessible.
If you're attending an event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, it's also just across the street, so you can walk there effortlessly. The building’s 6th floor features a fitness and leisure center, offering a gym, yoga room, outdoor swimming pool, billiards room, lounge, children's play area, and a scenic garden—perfect for all kinds of activities.
The apartment itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, with clean and comfortable bedding. Whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this is the ideal place to stay in Manila. Highly recommended!

Keep in mind that it is a Dormitory setup, so you may share a room with different kinds of people each day.
Clean room with toilet and shower (no heater).
Can't complain much due to its price.
