Good location and clean room however wifi is not working. Also booked for 3pax but only 2 towels were provided.

The host was accommodating of all our inquiries and concerns, and we'e grateful for their kindness. The property was clean, through the beddings were only set up for 2 people, not 3 as originally confirmed. Location was key as it was rather accessible to the entry and exit points of the facility. Will come back with my sons again, for the next time!

It is spacious and the location is convenient. Room is near the pool. We liked the sofa and futons, and there were plently of pillows and blankets. There is also available cookware and cutlery. Water runs nicely as well. If any, it would be better if the host reaches out proactively or at least checks to make sure if we are already settled in. The host was abit hard to reach, and the lobby frontdesk made me feel like I'm being bothersome. Also, the building corridor (outside the room) smells pungent like curry. The smart tv has no Netflix altho has other streaking services, we had to cast our laptop to be able to watch.

Nice location and building. The receptionist was nice but I wish the owner of the property will setup the check in instruction properly. Couldn’t find the wifi information, the entrance door has an actual key which is not realistic in recent times.

Info location of tower and room number is not included in email booking. We and the staff on the front desk have difficulties. The is very clean except the throw pillows on the sofas and pillows on the room should have pillow case.

The host is hard to contact to get the check in instruction. They supposed to contact the guest to inform the check in instruction. I contacted them myself, through phone call, text message, viber and email but no response until my check in time. I almost ended up without a room, good thing the receptionist tried to contact the host to verify the tower and room number. When me and friend went into the room, the AC is not switch on, no instruction from the host or anything. This is definitely unsatisfied service.
