Edificio muy exquisito con una larga historia. Personal amable y servicial, ubicación conveniente.

Hotel realmente hermoso. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, el bar del vestíbulo es encantador y los pequeños detalles como botellas de agua y toallas de baño grandes y esponjosas en lugar de pequeñas toallas de hotel hacen que la estancia sea muy cómoda.

The location is prime. The service is excellent. Warm greeting at the entrance. Smooth checkin and checkout. Free upgrade to clock tower king room. The clock tower view is stunning. Would stay here again if we come back.

Great location, just 5 min walk to Martin place metro. Good service at the club lounge. Breakfast and tea taste good. The suite is large and clean. My kid love to play hide and seek in the suite. Great to have a variety of free movie to watch.

Great location in the heart of Sydney. Very convenient with many nice bars and restaurants nearby

Beautiful hotel which was easy to find from the airport rail link and centrally located for all main attractions centred around the harbour. Staff were very helpful and friendly answering any questions we had and gave us a handy map to navigate around the city with rail, tram and bus details plus lots of attractions to visit. Our heritage room was even better than the photos and was vast, with everything we needed for a luxurious stay!

The phone in my room was not working throughout our stay, other than that the stay was wonderful and the location of this hotel is perfect, heart of downtown and the buffet breakfast was good.

Excellent stay and very nice room, but food is quite expensive.

Nice hotel, nice stay, but the facilities in the room can be a little bit more!

We were greeted by a very friendly asian man receptionist even if we arrived too early. We had marvelous time following his suggestion to look around close market. The hotel is very luxurious & clean. Located close to all the great attractions as well as the airport. Especially, the fast checkout option was very convenient. Wish they had postcards with historic information about this hotel and if I could have sent postcards to my family back in Korea since this hotel is a historic place(post office building). I'm looking forward to coming back to Sydney and staying here again and exploring other branches around the world.

Location was great Altho a bit old looking but it was neat & clean

Stayed in a heritage room for the third time over the last 15 years and the rooms are showing there age. Also maintance is lacking. 8 inch crack in basin, a builder has written 20/07/20 behind glass in toilet , presumably before it was completed for the Olympics. Door hardware loose and crooked. General appearance just above shabby. No a/c in foyer during the two night stay, meaning enjoying a drink was a sweaty affair. Broken awning about breakfast restaurant. Looks shabby now.  No one I say appears to do any cleaning.  Disappointed for what is supposed to be five star and cost $492 per night. Can’t justify going again.

Historical hotel at great location.

The staff at the reception during check-in was very friendly and helpful. There weren't any disposable slippers when we checked in and thought it's part of the saving the earth efforts. Then there were no bath salts for the bath tub. To our dismay, one of the drinking glass was chipped. We were worried that the kids may cut themselves so I left a note to change the chipped glass before we left the room in the morning. Then we returned to a room with sllippers and bath salts and the glass changed. Wondering if the slippers and bath salts were a miss from the housekeeping or the hotel threw them in to compensate for the chipped glass. Anyway, the amenities were not replenished fully for the following days during the stay. Slippers were not replenished even when we threw away the dirty and wet ones. Bath salts were not replenished on certain days so such inconsistencies were not very pleasant for the price we paid for a high end luxurious hotel. A disappointment to be honest. Maybe Fullerton Hotel needs to retrain their chambermaids to be more attentive to the details to uphold the reputation of the hotel.
