Esta era la nueva hora de llegada “normal” para este vuelo Delta. He llamado varias veces; tengo una respuesta diferente cada vez. He enviado un correo electrónico; me dijeron que tenían varios invitados en ese vuelo y podían recogernos, no hay problema. El día del vuelo nos notificaron otra modificación... llegando una hora después. Llamé a preguntar si todavía podía conseguir un paseo en ese momento y se le dijo: “Llama cuando llegas.” Me envié un correo electrónico sobre el tiempo de llegada actualizado y recibí la respuesta, “Nota. ” ¡No puedo hacer nada! Afortunadamente, el Shuttle Rapid se mantiene abierto en el aeropuerto hasta que el último vuelo ha llegado y se han servido personas. Si me encantaba tener un viaje, me habría quedado en un hotel más barato sin servicio de navegación, si supiera cómo se va a jugar. No importa lo que les dicen, no se le dará un paseo después de las 11:00, incluso si su vuelo o su equipaje es tarde. El transbordador se despega una vez en la media hora (7:30, 8:30, etc.). Aunque nos habíamos programado para 10:30, el transbordador no llegó hasta las 10:45. No es mucho porque no atrapamos un vuelo, pero debes saber que no es un horario estricto.

Overall a great place to stay for an affordable price. They have a good breakfast, generally eggs and sausage one day and biscuits and gravy the next. They always had yogurt, granola, cereal, apples, bread, bagels, and oatmeal. Plus coffee, an assortment of juices and cold water. The room was clean and we didn't notice any chlorine smell, we were in room 414. I was nervous at first being a cross from the elevator, but we never heard it while sleeping, which was great. The fridge worked perfectly and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We generally decline room service, but if you expect daily service this is not your place. We kept getting texts saying they would clean every 3 nights, but they don't. Instead, they clean upon request. This was totally OK for us, we just asked for a refill of a couple things at the front desk and they kindly provided what we needed, we were there 6 nights. The pool was warm and hot tubs were great, I even went down the slide, which was fun. The bed was very comfortable and we never had issues parking. Great location to all the touristy things in SD and WY. My only critique would be that employees do not allow thier families to use the pool area, it should be for paying guests only.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our sink clogged one evening, and the gentleman came up right away and took care of it. No time to use the pool, but it looked nice. We did eat at the restaurant once, and ordered to go another morning. Food was really good. Friendly service. They have a shuttle bus, but we didn’t need that either. We stayed for 4 nights while visiting the black Hills area, and felt very comfortable here. Would stay again, no question about it.

Great location and staff make this an inviting and comfy place to stay in Rapid City. We stayed for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy access to all the tourist attractions in the Black Hills. Bonus superstore Fleet Farm next door carries anything you might want, from treats to sunglasses.

Their people made this Hampton Inn stand out! The gentleman who manned the desk at check-in mid afternoon was phenomenal. I wish I had gotten his name. He will one day own hotels. What a personality, and he’s obviously driven to succeed! This property shares elevators with a sister hotel, which is attached. I was concerned that we would be waiting forever for elevators, but that did not happen. We used the laundry facilities here, and they were excellent. Reasonably priced, and did a nice job on our clothes. Overall, our stay was super. I would stay there again And I highly recommend it.
