We are Slope-side with a full view to the North/East, Dobie Mountain Condominium, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, and recently installed all new windows so you can really enjoy the amazing views. Sunken sunroom with fireplace and spectacular view overlooking the slopes, express lift, and snowboard park. You don't have to leave the condo to watch Freestyles double cross races! Master bedroom over looking the slopes. Unit is in walking distance to the main lodge for shopping and dining. Reserved parking place. Although well known for ski season, Spring, Summer, and Fall are our favorite times of year to visit Wintergreen. There are way too many outdoor activities to list, but a couple of our favorites are hiking, wine tasting, antiquing, music festivals and The Dome, The Wintergreen Nature Center, and just sitting on our balcony taking in the fresh mountain air. The Out of Bounds Adventure Park has a skateboard park, paintball, and the recently added zipline. Professional guides are available for mountain biking. Our dog loves to go hiking all around Wintergreen. Lake Monocan is near by and has numerous activities available. Everything is centrally located and there is Shuttle service located right in front of our condo, which is available from 7AM until Midnight so driving is optional.Do you have young children? The Treehouse is a one minute walk and offers half and full day children's activities. The staff is amazing and keeps the children busy.All season resort. From there, you have 44 steps down to the entrance of the condo. Once inside, open the blinds and enjoy expansive views of the slopes and Blue Ridge Mountains. There is plenty of space to spread out with the 4 counter seats, dining table that seats up to 8, and a large living room with couch, love seat, recliner, and daybed. The main outdoor space is the deck off of the dining room overlooking the ski slopes that has a table with seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is very well appointed with all the tools you need to make a home cooked meal or manage take out from one of the nearby (and amazing) restaurants.Wintergreen property owners and their guests can enjoy two swimming pools during the summer; Chestnut Springs on the mountain and Rodes Farm in the valley. The two pools are in well-landscaped settings and have playgrounds for children. Since it can be cool on the mountain even in the summer, the Chestnut Springs pool is heated. Rodes Farm has a park with picnic tables, a pond, a joint pickleball and tennis court, and horseshoes. The summer pool hours for these facilities are typically 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day.Note that the The Aquatics & Fitness Center is only open to members and is not included in your stay.
