Grande hotel ... excelente servicio y amenidades!!! ¡Amigo de animales!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn Eugene. Our room on the fourth floor was very clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors at all. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was decent and had the usual selection you would expect from a Hampton Inn. What stood out most was how friendly and welcoming all the staff were throughout our stay. Check-in was also smooth and easy. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Eugene.

The renovation is a bit old. However, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The dinning area is big and nice although they don't have many options for breakfast.

We stayed at room 103, it has a funny smell and the blanket stinks. Maybe the funny smell of air refresher is trying to cover the stink. No shampoo or body wash is offered. Would not stay here again.
