Located in the prestigious wind surfing mecca in north Avon, East Wind is a large 5 bedroom house on the sound! We also have a large dock which is great for sunbathing. We recently made the dock more water accessible by lowering the height of the pilings.We have access to the community pool which just steps away. There is also a launch area for smaller power boats in the common area.What a pleasure to bring multiple guests to EASTWIND! This house has a large open floor plan on the top level boasting a well equipped kitchen with an island, a spacious dining area, and a beautiful living room with fantastic views of the sound. Please note the fireplace is not a working fireplace. It is for decoration only. There is room to spread out as there are 3 common living areas...one on each floor. There is also a small loft area where you can get an even better view of the water.
