Hoteles con piscina en Condado de Hamilton

Very clean.   My only complaints  -  There was some loud banging around 5 am, couldn’t figure out where that came from and the garbage truck ran at 4:15am all around the property at other businesses so you could hear dumpsters slamming down for about 30 minutes

Although the hotel is still quite new, the rooms already show a surprising amount of wear and tear. The cleanliness is okay. The location and breakfast were good. Only real minus was the parking situation. There's one lot for two hotels and definitely too few spots for all guests to find a spot. We had to park on the side of the lot in the driveway together with three other cars when we arrived in the night.

La cama no estaba limpia. Había cabello y caídas de comida en las hojas! El consejero del frente era muy agradable y nos trajo algunas hojas. Ella dijo que era la única en el hotel, por lo que no podía enviar a nadie para cambiar las hojas para nosotros, así que tuvimos que cambiar nuestra cama. A las 10:00, después de ir a la cama, empezamos a oír a alguien correr y saltar en la habitación de arriba. El bufete de la oficina dijo que se ocuparía de ella y después de unos minutos el ruido se detuvo.

One of our favorite places to stay!! We love the location! Easy to walk anywhere we want to go!! Staff is always amazing!! Some of our favorites are people watching from the balcony and hanging out at the awesome pool!! A little hidden paradise!! Book a long suite with a balcony….you won’t be disappointed 🙂

Sala limpia. No hay vestido ni otro tipo de guardarropa para despachar ropa; pendientes disponibles, junto con plancha de hierro/hierro. Secador de pelo. No hay microondas aunque se haya visto una foto en la sala pic. Cafetera adecuada pero podría ser más agradable. Tolietries provided (single use). Personal friendly & helpful. Cant connect to Wifi; must use hotel admin password they provided. Ice machine on my floor did not work, easy access to another unit on another floor via lift. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pero no es fácil. ¿El modo de ventilación es muy bueno para la circulación del aire?

Very clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of ”anything else?” etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

El hotel está situado en una ubicación maravillosa. Estaba a pie a muchos restaurantes, el acuario y el río. El personal delantero que nos encontramos siempre fue amable y útil. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La habitación está bien, y la habitación está bien. La zona de piscina era agradable para los niños.

El hotel está situado cerca del interstate y se ha vuelto a la montaña. El desayuno era muy simplepancakes, café, cereales. El pancake era muy bueno. The room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!

I was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.
