The only minor issue is the bath tub tab keeps dripping a lot of water while hving a shower so it is not a full load. According to the check in lady, armed security will be stationed at car park at night time, feel safe. Will stay again next time.

The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, muy limpio, muy bueno, pero hay algunos desventajas que no nos gustan: el agua de la piscina no es tan limpia y el servicio de habitaciones no es tan bueno. Cuando entramos en la habitación el primer día, no había toallas de baño en absoluto, me bajé al escritorio delantero y me preguntaba por algunas. El segundo día, después de volver, ya estaba después de las 5:00, el servicio de habitaciones no ha salido todavía, llamé al escritorio delantero y se llevó un tiempo para que se mostraran para cambiar mis toallas.

El estilo de decoración del hotel es muy bueno y muy atento, el área de la habitación también es relativamente grande, es decir, no sé cómo distinguir el tipo de habitación al hacer la reserva, el tipo de habitación se siente en el edificio anexo, parece un motel del afuera, la ventana es el estacionamiento del hotel, luego el exterior es de alta velocidad, un poco ruidoso, la habitación estará mejor en el edificio principal

La habitación es limpia y limpia, las instalaciones son un poco viejas básicamente la atribución del viejo hotel estadounidense. Principalmente cerca del lugar del globo caliente, es más conveniente llegar a la mañana siguiente para tomar el globo caliente

o jave stayed at this property numerous times in the past and I'll stay there again in the future I would really like this property it's modern it's been revamped or whatever it's nice quiet rooms are clean easy check in people at the front counter are always very friendly cleaning girls do a great job unfortunately this time around I lost my driver's license somewhere I thought I left it in the room but I never did get it back that's not no fault of the hotel or the staff they're pretty wonderful there I recommend this property it's a good

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much.
