There is also spacious den that has a huge comfy couch, a 65 inch smart TV with cable and large windows with fabulous views. The queen bedroom is located on the lower level with a full bath. Plenty of seating along with a gas fireplace, TV with cable and believe it or not another fully stocked kitchen! Walk right out to the hot tub. A pack-and-play is also available upon request. The two bathrooms (1 full and 1 half) are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. It has a comfortable couch and a lounge chair, a flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace perfect for colder nights. The lounge chair converts into a bed for extra sleeping or lounging. There are two window AC units in the living room, two portable stand fans in each room and ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool in the summer months. The elevation at Lindville Land Harbor is 3600 feet so it is always cool. Opening the windows will let in a nice fresh breeze. For the colder months, we have baseboard heating, heaters in each room and a gas fireplace in the living room to keep you warm and toasty. We also added outdoor heaters on the back deck for warmth so you can enjoy fresh air in the winter months.Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, countertop dishwasher, toaster, blender, crock-pot, George Foreman Grill, popcorn machine and a Keurig coffee machine.Outside, you will find a lovely deck area with a comfortable sectional, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while listening to the birds or having a relaxing evening meal and enjoying a glass of wine.
