We booked a sea view villa which opened onto the garden with a small patio and 2 Adirondack chairs and table. It overlooked the pool and then a small, attractive wall to the beach and sea. The beach was lovely and clean with mostly sift white sand. The room was plenty big enough for us with a huge king bed, cleaning daily (if you remember to put the sign outside the door, however the lady came and checked with us on day 2 to make sure we were aware)! The shower was hot but we never got hot water from the sink - it didn't bother me as it wasn't really cold water but the hubby needed to shave! Clean towels and beach towels daily. Free water bottles and coke too. There was shower gel and shampoo in the shower but no hand cleanser at sink so bring a travel sized bottle for convenience only. The A/c was excellent!! The hotel offers breakfast included at the Cafe they operate, I read the reviews and I think there is plenty on offer as long as you're not expecting a huge unlimited buffet!! The basics of breads, jams, yoghurt, fresh fruit, waffles, 2 types of cereal and milk with eggs of all kinds cooked to order. In addition to fried rice, noodles, chinese/Asian style chicken dish hot dogs and warmed ham slices plus salad bits and porridge. The various coffees are from a machine with only very sweet milk tea available. Ginger tea bags and lemon tea bags were available so we just bought a small box at the local 7-11 store 5 minutes to walk away. There are 2 seafood restaurants a few minutes walk along the beach, the food was really good and freshly cooked to order-we preferred the first one (don't let the table cloths and state of menu put you off though, the people are lovely and everything is good including the prices (you can eat much cheaper nearer to the city but then you need to take a Grab car(like an Uber, download the app). I really liked this hotel and, yes I would stay again for longer, given what I know now about transport, location etc. This hotel doesn't really have many eateries within walking distance, the Cafe closes at 7pm so you need to plan accordingly. A Grab costs about BHT180 (200 with tip) and takes around 20 mins to get to Cicada Market as an example. You could get the green public tuk tuk for BHT15ish from the market to the Hua hin airport stop and then a Grab but we haven't tried it yet, maybe next week from our next hotel. The pool was fab for cooling down or for lap swimming at about 12-15m long. I gave 4 for location and 4 for facilities but only because there's no entertainment or restaurant at the hotel but I like that, it's the kind of place I like to stay as its peaceful and idyllic and away from the crowds.

Rooms are nice with seaview, service are great. Breakfast is the very very best, it is a la cart buffet, made to order, small portion for each menu, so you can try with several menus.

Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. A nice hotel, friendly staff, especially at breakfast area., this waiter called Kung. He provided excellent service. The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance.

The resort itself is really stunning, lovely gardens and pools, nice beach, the room was comfortable but could need updating but was clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The letdowns for us were, many times we went to get towels by the pool, they were all gone and I eventually complained about this and was told someone would get back to me, they never did. The biggest inconvenience was they had an Indian wedding on for 3 days and basically, this took over just about the whole resort with many areas closed to accommodate this event, we can understand 1 day maybe but this went on and on, a 3 day event, the music, so loud, the screeching sounds, it was just too much, most of the day and night until late, we chose this resort to relax and unwind but it did really interfere with our stay, we would go back but not if these events took place again while staying. The lady who looked after our room was absolutely lovely and works so hard, her name was Phatcharaporn. The management here need to think of their other guests and not just the events they hold or they are going to lose customers, they gave us a very small credit toward some food or drink but honestly, it was a slap in the face, you can do better guys, next time when people book, let them know immediately if there is an event on, so they can make other arrangements elsewhere. Sorry but this really left a bad feeling for us and I know we were not the only ones, talking with some other guests

It’s one of our best stays in HH and we’ve stayed in different properties in our many visits. Ace of HH stands out not only on its beauty and direct beach access, but more importantly the friendliness and dedication of all staff members from the General Manager to the pool assistant, server at the breakfast to the cleaning lady. We were well taken care of and the staff genuinely cared for us. It was a great stay and we truly enjoyed it!

Excellent room with amazing view, straight to the beach. You can watch sunrise from the balcony and sunset from the front door, nothing can be better. Room is clean, service is good, staffs are friendly, but they can’t speak english fluently, just a little bit.

The Regent Cha-am We booked a Deluxe room including breakfast. We were not expecting much as the price was really good but, what a fabulous surprise when we found it was a suite with a lovely welcoming plate of fruit and cookies! I began to wonder if theyd mixed us up with some - march 2026 honeymooners somewhere!!!! I wasn't expecting how big the place was with 2 huge balconies each big enough for sunbeds and a table!! It's own kitchen, lounge, king sized bed and ensuite and office. -The pool is a beautiful, sparkling clean, heart-shaped affair with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas as shade is definitely required! The pool along one side must be about 30m+ so it was great for lap swimming as well as chilling out!!! -Beautifully landscaped and next to the sea, the only drawback is that the beach is almost non existent most of the time and while we were there the red flag was up as the sea was quite rough with the wind. The pool more than made up for it. -Breakfast is buffet style like many of these resort places with cereal, pastries, fruit, cooked asian foods and western style ham, crispy bacon, eggs cooked to order, toast and jam. My only criticism is the hot foods, not cooked to order, were luke warm. Don't bother with tea, it's weak and tasteless but the coffee machine does a good variety and there's hot milk to top up with. -The bar in the lobby does happy hour 2 for 1 early evening. -The hotel is around 25km from hua hin centre but a 5 min walk just outside the hotel is a road ”village” where there are a choice of local Thai restaurants, bars, tailors, massage/mani/pedicure places plus a useful 7-11 for essentials. All the restaurants we tried were excellent. They may look empty but will cook to order at all times and the prices are really cheap. The bed was really comfy and the room was serviced daily with clean towels and the usual stuff. -Pool towels were available by the pool and changed as often as you please. -All The staff were friendly and welcoming and most spoke very good English. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet, laid back holiday at this time of year. We might have to return next year!!!!
