Welcome to our home away from home, where you'll be just steps from the sand and great surfing! We are truly a beach front building with our own private access to the beach. Our spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom unit is ready to provide you with a home base at the beach. We have 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Our small 12-unit complex is located just a few minutes walk from local restaurants, fishing trips, whale watching tours, and surfing lessons. There is a surf school right outside our beach gate.Each of our two bedrooms has a king size bed with a 5" gel memory foam topper for extra comfort. Each room has an air conditioner controlled by a remote, as well as ceiling fans throughout to keep you nice and cool on those hot days. We have a collection of books, puzzles, and games and the perfect living room table for puzzle assembly!Our private patio opens to the pool and our new hot tub. Our fully equipped kitchen will meet your needs including dinnerware, silverware, stemware, and cookware. If you like to grill out, please enjoy the outdoor kitchen by the pool, which is complete with a bar area, small refrigerator, and a gas grill. If cooking is not your thing, there are many restaurants along the beach within a 5 minute walk from the condo, as well as several locally owned food carts. We have high-speed internet (fiber optic), a Smart TV for streaming (bring your Amazon Fire TV stick or equivalent), and a brand new washer/dryer. Our place has high end finishes including granite counter tops throughout and travertine tiled baths. NOTE: New HOA rules have made our condo complex available only for families with children 12 years or older.After you book with us, you will be contacted by our local property manager with a copy of your rental agreement, condo rules, maps, and other helpful information for your stay. Our staff will meet you on site to deliver the keys and get you settled in. There is a guide book on site with additional information (restaurants, emergency info, TV instructions).If you don't plan on renting a car or taking the bus, we can arrange transportation from/to the airport. Would you like the kitchen stocked with groceries? We can do the shopping for you before your arrival.
