Este hotel es perfecto... el personal de recepción es muy amable, el ambiente del salón público es hermoso y la vista desde la ventana de la habitación también es buena, lo cual no esperaba. La habitación suite es grande y cálida, la ducha y Los baños están separados de lo húmedo y lo seco, y está cerca del aeropuerto y del metro, está muy cerca y el precio es más bajo que el de otros hoteles. Aparte del desayuno normal, básicamente no hay deficiencias.

¡Pasé una noche maravillosa en Mama Shelter Nice! La habitación era cómoda, tranquila e impecablemente limpia. El servicio y el ambiente fueron de primera, además de un restaurante-bar súper divertido. Lamentablemente, no pude ver la piscina de la azotea debido al clima, ¡pero escuché que es fantástica! Para quienes lleguen en tren, la estación más cercana, Nice Riquier, es un poco sombría y no es la más segura. Sin embargo, esto no debería ser un problema para quienes lleguen en taxi u otros medios de transporte. En resumen, fue una experiencia fantástica, ¡y espero alojarme en más hoteles de este tipo en todo el mundo!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa. El personal fue amable y atento, y la habitación estaba limpia y tenía vistas fantásticas. Las comodidades, incluida la piscina y las opciones para comer, eran excelentes, y la ubicación era conveniente para explorar la zona.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel but there were a few issues at the start of my stay that I was not best pleased about. My sister and I arrived early and we knew check in wasn't till the afternoon so we arrived at the hotel to leave our luggage and were going to just explore for a few hours. The receptionist told us to come back at about 2pm - 3pm. When we arrive back around 2pm and asked if we could check in she told us no point blank. Now that is find because check in is at 3pm, but then stop telling people to come back at 2pm - 3pm. That would suggest that you are happy to check people in slightly earlier. It was just rude and annoying!. We waited in the reception area till 3.05pm and at the point the same receptionist told us to come to the front and check in with her colleague. We did so only to be told that our room was not ready yet!. Before the lady got up to ask us to check in, it would have been smart to check the room was ready first (they had a list of ready rooms that they were referring to). After that we waited an hour!!!! for our room to be ready and for us to finally check in. The front desk staff need to tighten up!

La ubicación es absolutamente perfecta ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was a little details – like the fragrance in the lobby –that made this stay unforgettable, elegant. When I come back to Nice, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Reservé este hotel con antelación para una estancia de dos noches durante mi viaje al sur de Francia. En general, la experiencia fue excelente. 1. Ubicación: A menos de 10 minutos a pie de Nice Riquier, con una parada de tranvía cerca y un Carrefour al cruzar la calle para hacer compras cómodamente. 2. Instalaciones: El hotel requiere una tarjeta de acceso para entrar y salir, así como el ascensor, lo que me dio una sensación de seguridad. La habitación también incluía cocina, nevera y plancha, lo cual era prácticamente perfecto para una familia en un viaje largo. El pequeño balcón que daba a la calle era un lugar agradable para disfrutar de un café por la mañana y de la brisa. La única pega fue que el secador de pelo era de calidad regular y tenía poco flujo de aire. 3. Servicio: La recepción del hotel fue muy amable. Llegamos en un vuelo temprano sobre las 9:00 y habíamos planeado facturar el equipaje antes de salir a dar un paseo, pero nos sorprendió saber que podíamos hacer el check-in antes. Esta fue la primera vez que pude hacer el check-in antes en todos mis viajes por Europa, así que lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Chocolate and gold eye masks. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips. She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station. Perfect for exploring the coast. Will be returning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you for a special stay.

La ubicación es muy buena, la ubicación es muy buena, con sólo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Area conveniente con restaurantes abiertos de las 8 a las 11:00. La mejor opción para un viaje de tren a la zona suburbana alrededor de Niza. Cons: el té y la leche se suministran como en cualquier supermercado francés. El diseño de la habitación es un poco rígido. El baño puede explotar agua. En general, un buen hotel en Niza.

Disappointing ”Superior” Experience – Not Worth the Premium! We booked a Superior Room with a Sea View, but were assigned a room on Level 2 with a very poor view that certainly didn’t feel ”superior.” To make matters worse, the room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't working. When we raised this with staff, we were told the AC is only turned on during summer and were remarkably suggested to just ”keep the balcony door open.” The lack of attention to detail continued with the amenities. Despite being two guests, we were only given one small bottle of plain water per day. They also provided four coffee sachets but only two milks; the math just doesn't add up for a well reputed hotel. Very disappointing service for the price paid.
