I cannot fault any part of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. We had two connecting rooms which was perfect for a family of 4. The rooms were spotless, luxurious and well maintained. When we arrived the rooms were quite stuffy, so we had the doors open for our stay. We had zero bug problems and the temperature was perfect. The food was outstanding through our stay. The breakfast buffet was great with a big selection. Dinner was very glamorous with the setting feeling very old school - in a good way. Good quality and fresh ingredients made for well presented and delicious meals. The spa and pool area was very impressive with beautiful views of the lake from the jacuzzi. The location of the hotel is also worth noting - great for lake walks, not far from the sports complexes and hikes up the road and not too long a drive to Lomnicky peak. Perfect for us and all our trips. Whilst you do get what you might expect from this luxury brand, what makes this hotel stand out, is undoubtedly the staff. Simon, the concierge is truly brilliant and could not have been more helpful. Staff at breakfast and dinner (special note to Mariana and Viktoria) were helpful, knowledgable and friendly. For anyone with children, this hotel is a must. Little touches of robes, toys and a playroom on the first floor, alongside the most friendly staff who poured kids champagne at dinner like it was the most important of the day, truly made this unforgettable for my children. Would I recommend this hotel - absolutely! Will I coming back? Guaranteed.

Stunning location in the Tatra Mountains. Arrived in the middle of a snow storm - an easy 10 minute walk from the funicular tram station. Buffet meal service in the restaurant was first class. We also had the special Xmas dinner - a very high standard meal - the chef Lucas is fantastic and the staff were all efficient and helpful. Excellent traditional Slovak food. Premier rooms with lake view are clean and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned spotless every day. Wellness centre has plenty choice a great pool and relaxation areas. The surrounding countryside is amazing - we had deep snow for four days and the track around the lake was kept clear with a mini snow plough - romantic lights allow a nighttime walk. Fantastic place and highly recommended.

El hotel tiene sus ventajas y desventajas, pero de hecho ruinó nuestra estancia de ex niños en la zona de Spa y en los saunas. Mi compañero renuncia a sus visitas al SPA cuando descubrimos que había niños gritando, principalmente porque permanecer en el saunario, que es una zona desnuda, es al menos incómodo con las niñas 11-year-old. Decidí dar una segunda oportunidad a la zona de Spa, pero me rendi inmediatamente después de descubrir que alguien en una sauna finlandesa seca tenía una uña de perro que el niño acababa de jugar jacuzzi. He informado del problema de la recepción, desgraciadamente sin efecto - no hay reglamentación de edad, los niños están autorizados a permanecer en el SPA. La habitación está en el centro de la ciudad, y la habitación está en el centro de la ciudad. No se nos han dado los datos para probar el restaurante porque no hay opción sin carne en el menú. Me estaba bromeando todo el hecho de que el hotel no acepta animales.
