The room was very spacious and clean! it was really nice and comfortable! We also really loved how the whole place was nicely decorated. Being able to project from our phone to the television was a great touch. The staff and boss was also very friendly and helpful. He provided tips on where to visit and how to plan our route! It was helpful that there was also washing machine and an outdoor area to hang out clothes to dry. We were also assured that the staff would help take our clothes in if it rains. Overall, it was a great experience!

一家四口來蘇州盲選定的這家，看了看評論都説這家態度很好，結果到了酒店發現就是這樣的，態度超級好，而且很熱情。前台不管是小姐姐還是小哥哥對我們的態度都非常好，出門都會跟我們問好，還問我們需不需要拿水，很貼心❤️ 貼心：有咖啡零食都可以隨便拿，還有棉簽創可貼牙線棒清潔濕巾都是在前台準備好了的，如果有需要可以拿，我覺得這點做的非常好。是我體驗最好的一家店了 衞生：房間很整潔，每天打掃都很乾凈，及時更換了洗漱用品。美中不足就是廁所有點小，洗澡和廁所沒有隔斷，水總是濺到馬桶前。但是老城區也能理解 美食：離鑫震源和啞巴生煎都沒多遠，走路十分鐘吧，樓下吃的也很多 交通：地鐵站走幾分鐘就能到，離酒店特別近，而且酒店設施也很齊全，離拙政園觀前街夜市走路一兩公里就到了 必須打個滿分💯服務真的超級好，又熱情又細心
