El hotel que se ha modificado la fábrica es muy pequeño, especialmente el baño, ambas personas no pueden cambiarse. También hay un sonido muy malo y el sonido del pasillo es claro. Las palabras del desayuno son más sencillas, el coche no tiene problemas. 原本是計劃去福建的……結果遇到了山陀兒，由於今年的颱風都太妖了，衹能遺憾放棄沿海。知道往內陸會堵，沒想到會堵成這樣……衹能半路取消江西的計劃，直接下了高速。
南潯很多年前來過，當時並沒有現在開發的那麼商業。
起先入住君瀾是因為離景區近，確實是景區旁非常方便！出門即古鎮。位置特別好。
當天入住的時候，每個工作人員都會笑臉相迎，熱情打招呼，因為長者行動不便，更是細心幫忙！非常感謝！服務特別的好！
推薦雙床房，空間特別的寬敞，隔音也很好，床墊是我喜歡的軟軟的，枕頭是標配的一硬一軟。櫥裏也有兩個備用枕。mini吧有膠囊機。
早飯自助品種還可以，添加速度好評，有鹹漿太棒啦，記得紫菜蝦皮香菜辣油可以去麪食櫃枱加！油條碎都是炸的特別透的，好吃！
另外推薦一家咖啡店的原味多士，好吃，特別好吃！你不會後悔的！
這次時間太趕了，下次選個週末再來一次！

Great location for what we wanted. Relaxing, close to a lovely park and lake, somewhere to enjoy an evening run. Gym and Swimming area are obviously having some refurbishments but it served it’s purpose. We had a massage while at the hotel, very professional, felt extremely relaxed afterwards and slept well. Room was beautiful, fantastic view of the park and had everything we needed.

UUsuario invitadoEs una gran sorpresa para esta gente antigua y perfumada! Desde el aspecto hasta el interior, cada detalle revela el sabor clásico de los muebles de madera, los pinturas de decoración antiguas y el estilo tradicional de decoración, que hacen que la gente pase por la antigüedad. Aquí puedes sentir un ambiente histórico de humilde, experimentar estilos de vida antiguos. Además, el servicio popular es muy cuidadoso, los empleados son muy entusiastas y amigables, y los invitados son muy bienvenidos. En resumen, este pueblo es una experiencia de vivienda muy memorable, y lo recomiendo mucho!

El hotel de marca, el servicio no tiene que decir, también ha subido la habitación, el estacionamiento es muy cómodo y el desayuno es especialmente bueno, porque en el lugar alto, mirando el paisaje alrededor, comiendo un desayuno delicioso, es muy agradable.

RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂
The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.
For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁
Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

RRobsterNot knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find.
On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests.
The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it!
The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available.
Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere.
On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si.
At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic.
Highly recommend this hotel.

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room.
Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is a standard unit (not central), and you can use the remote to set the temperature according to your preferences. You can adjust it to be very cold or less cold.
Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. Remember to bring a universal adapter, as the sockets are not designed for international use, although there is a USB port that can be used directly.
Shower: The water pressure is not very strong but still acceptable.
Breakfast: The hotel only has a pantry area with 1 table and limited chairs (similar to pantry) and no restaurant.
Transport: The hotel is near the Humble Administrator's Garden (5 minutes walking distance), Lion Forest Garden (3 minutes walking distance), and Suzhou Museum (5 minutes walking distance). The Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum are located side by side. If you don’t mind walking, you can also reach Pingjiang Road (15-20 minutes walking distance) and Guanqian Street (15-20 minutes walking distance). For other attractions, you might need to call Didi.
Location: There is a Family Mart located in the same row as the hotel, making it easy to buy snacks. My travel dates are May 21, 2024 - May 23, 2024. There is some construction nearby (it seems to be a new metro construction). It’s not noisy but a bit dusty. When walking to Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street, you need to walk near the main road and construction site. It can be slightly dangerous, but many people are using the same route.
Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free. However, there are only two washing machines and two dryers. Many people use them at night, so you might need to wait when others are using them.
Overall, it is good for a short stay and budget travelers.

YYTZ23We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week.
Pros:
- Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn.
- The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake.
- There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too.
- Staff are generally friendly and helpful
- Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby.
- Hotel is affordable by international standards
- Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live
- We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals
- Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds.
Cons
- The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface.
- The property and facilities are a bit dated
- There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

UUsuario invitadoThere were a few ants in the first room we booked, but after a few screams and a phonecall we were quickly moved to another ant-free room. The staff were so helpful, kind and willing to communicate in English to the best of their ability. They made plenty of gestures with bowls of fruit, fragrant sacks and even a personal delivery of the food menu when we couldn't find the English menu on the TV. Their frequent arrivals had us jumping in our robes to grab the door every so often, but each time we were grateful to receive such thoughtful snacks and smells. Lovely place. Would visit again.

Qqueen_kooSi estás buscando un lugar perfecto de 4 estrellas en el centro de la ciudad, ¡no busques más! Este lugar es una buena ganga durante todo el año e incluso en temporada alta. Voy a dividir mi reseña en secciones tan claras para mí.
1) Habitaciones: Las habitaciones, anticuadas, necesitan un trabajo de pintura serio y el sofá tiene un material bastante ”rayado”. A pesar del interior molesto, los pisos son bastante acogedores y tienen todo lo necesario. En cuanto al paisaje, aquellos que no temen a las alturas solicitan las habitaciones con balcón. Tal vez no tengan las vistas del centro comercial de Shanghai, ¡pero la brisa de la tarde me hizo dormir como un bebé! Además, la televisión estaba llena de películas nostálgicas, realmente disfruté el entretenimiento. Aunque el volumen del televisor no sube demasiado, supongo que es un buen respeto hacia los vecinos, algunos de los cuales son inquilinos a largo plazo.
2) Servicio: Impecable. ¡La gente aquí, aunque claramente con exceso de trabajo, es muy amable! ¡Las amas de llaves son maravillosas! Ellos fueron los que me dejaron volver a un piso limpio todos los días, ¡realmente fue un pedazo de hogar con mucha ayuda! Para champús, acondicionadores y gel de ducha, deberá informar a la recepción que los necesita, ¡así que téngalo en cuenta!
3) Desayuno: lo suficiente para sobrevivir, soy bastante exigente con mis gustos en la comida, donde las opciones de buffet eran muy escasas y desafortunadamente no muy sabrosas. Pero pude sobrevivir... Realmente espero que puedan arreglar esto porque el lugar, aunque más barato que otros, no es exactamente barato también. Si desea un buen desayuno, quedará muy decepcionado.
Hay muchos recortes de costos que el grupo hotelero ha hecho y es obvio... ¡Espero que Ascott tenga esto en cuenta porque no es bueno tener mejores hoteles en todo el mundo pero mantener a las ciudades más pequeñas olvidadas y con presupuestos ajustados!
Suzhou es bastante cara que otras ciudades debido a la constante afluencia de turistas.
Normalmente no escribo mucho para mis reseñas, pero en este caso parece que me importa después de ver al personal del hotel con exceso de trabajo y las malas condiciones que los rodean.
Vamos, Ascott lo hace mejor. Inicialmente estuve tentado de dar una reseña de 3/5 estrellas, pero fueron las personas las que lo impulsaron.

UUsuario invitadoReally beautiful place. It looks to be brand new - maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but it certainly looks new. The room (a suite) was very spacious, very clean. Just a very beautiful place that fit well with the surroundings. The whole building was impeccably clean.
I rated the service 5/5 because the owners were very nice, and largely left us alone. The family was processing tea and were quite busy - check-in was extremely quick, check-out too. I'm not looking for hospitality, so being left alone suited us fine - this isn't a criticism at all! The rooms don't really come with much extra (tea, coffee etc.), just a couple of bottles of water, so best to know that before you book if you usually expect this, but we didn't so we were fine with it.
You can buy really good tea from them (maybe we timed it well as we arrived at the peak tea-picking time). The owners were very kind and let us try some, and it's really good tea - we ended up buying some.
Food was pretty good, but again they were quite busy and have specific times that food is available, and no menu, so best to check ahead with them (again, really taking into account that they were super busy processing tea when we were there). Absolutely not a problem as there are so many great restaurants around too.
TV in the room had VOD but without VIP, so if you're looking to watch movies or anything best to bring your own (including HDMI cable as our TV didn't have one).
Location excellent. Space for maybe 4 cars to park, right next to a small hill, very close to the pick-up point for the sightseeing bus to take you up to Xishan, and surrounded by lots of restaurants, B+Bs etc. so if you like coffee, there's a shop just down the road. Very beautiful surroundings - you will be shocked that you're so close to Suzhou as there's absolutely no evidence that you're anywhere near a city!
All in all, really enjoyable. Amazing price for a suite (around Y500 per night) and one of the better homestay-style places we've stayed in. Highly recommended.
