Valoraciones de Mercure Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake

Buen hotel, con muy buena ubicación, cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y cafeterías. El personal me ofreció un uograde porque están haciendo reformas en el Gimnasio y había ruido. 100% recomendable, volveré otra vez.

Buen hotel con excelente ubicación en Suzhou. Cerca de algunos lugares de interés y a 20 minutos del resto en DiDi. Solo estuvimos 1 noche pero todo fue bien.

The welcome tea was the highlight of my stay. It was freezing cold outside but I was welcomed with a warm cup of fruit tea. I saw other guests being offered this as well. The staff is very polite and attentive. The rooms were warm and cozy and the breakfast was amazing.

Conveniently located near the Gate of the east and metro station. Walking distance from苏州中心，a very fancy mall with lots of restaurants. Location wise it's great. The only downside is the laundry level looks rather creepy and almost no interior renovated.

The hotel offers a great experience with a prime location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service—an ideal base for exploring the city.

Modern and clean room. Some small disappointment is a view that can’t see much thing even I’m on higher floor because it faced to the other side, while I booked this hotel with expectation to see Pants Tower. (Suzhou Center) The location is not very close to public transportation. I walked from metro, quite far. So when I return, I took Didi to train station instead. Surrounded with construction. So not sure when those construction will be completed in the future. Oh! And one worst thing is the air conditioning in autumn. Even though it’s cold outside the building, but in the room, without air conditioning and ventilation, it’s too hot and difficult to breathe. I asked for some help so I received a small fan that can help a bit. But still not comfortable to sleep. At least if I can open the window a bit, it will be much better. What I like most here is the lobby decoration that’s full of books. Breakfast is various and nice, too.

This is by far my favourite hotel to stay at when in Suzhou. I spent this weekend with my friends and it was wonderful as always. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to Suzhou center mall and close proximity to other great areas to visit in Suzhou.

It is an wonderful hotel, everything is shining clean, the hotel staff 姗姗 is extremely friendly and helpful, I would come again next time visiting Suzhou

Clean hotel, the staffs are polite and friendly. When we need recommendations on places to visit or eat, they won’t hesitate to help.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again!
