The location is excellent, right inside Pingjiang Road, which makes getting around and sightseeing very convenient. The warm and thoughtful service from the staff left a strong impression. The hotel’s amenities and electronic appliances were carefully selected and of high quality, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it is a beautifully curated and private boutique hotel in a great location. I hope the hotel continues to maintain this level of quality and service in the future.

Best hotel service throughout my trip in China this time! Hotel staff are really attentive, friendly and helpful. They patiently answered my questions, helped me carry my luggage to the room, helped us book a grand canal boat trip (near the Confucius Temple) and drove us to the location and waited until we finish the boat trip and drove us back to the hotel. No telephone in the room, so make sure to add the hotel wechat to communicate with staff. They also helped me visit a silk mini museum/factory/store, since I wanted to buy a silk quilt (again they drove me to location, waited, and drove me back to hotel). Very happy, since I successfully bought a 5 pounds-weight silk quilt (equal to 2.5 kg of silk) for a good price! I've tried the silk quilt at home, very soft and comfortable, and had a very good night sleep. In front of the hotel there is a road construction (government project), so when I left for airport, staff again drove me to the main street and waited until my didi car arrived. As you can see in the picture, the hotel is really pretty. It was converted from a historical mansion. The hotel is next to pingjiang road, so don't be surprised if in the afternoon there are street photoshoots (girls in hanfu and photographer) in front of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, and there is a wide sofa next to the window. The room is equipped with coffee machine, and there is an air purifying machine so you can drink water from the machine (can be set for warm, cold, or hot water). There is a mini refrigerator with beverages, mostly free for drink (milk, soda, water), while for beers need to purchase. They also gave a welcome fruit and biscuits in a basket. The room key was very pretty. Bathroom was divided into 3 parts (WC, wash basin, shower room) and also really pretty. When I left, they still gave me a packet of souvenir containing Suzhou's snack (nut, preserved fruit, biscuit, etc). For breakfast, staff will ask your preference (chinese or western style). I chose chinese style and they provided noodle, pork, etc. Very delicious! Staying in pingjiang road is very convenient. Many attractions are in walking distance (from several meters to 2 km), such as pipayu performance, kunqu museum, humble administrator's garden, etc. Many performances nearby in the afternoon and evening that you can choose. Overall I really in enjoy my stay in this hotel. Will stay here again if I visit Suzhou in the future. Thank you!

As an international traveler I felt very welcome. Only one of the receptionists spoke English but we could communicate with a translator app with all of the staff as needed. There were snacks and drinks in the room as well as purified (warm) water and after check in we got evening soup. Breakfast is partially self service and partially served, for which a selection has to be made at the reception the day before. There is a chinese and western breakfast option. The hotel is a beautiful old building with all the most modern facilities you could need. I dare to say the room was nicer in real life than on photos. The area around the hotel is quite busy and the traffic is not ideal but it is very central for the endless shopping streets in the area as well as many of the attractions.

Location of the hotel is perfect. We like the style of the hotel and room very much. Room is quiet and with good air conditioning. Hotel staff are all very friendly and eager to help, especially Xiao He. We would recommend anyone who goes to Suzhou to stay in this hotel.

Excellent location, extremely convenient to move around. Good service too. But we were awaken by noise from the neighbouring block from 7am onwards - may not be suitable if noise sensitive.

The hotel is located at the heart of Pingjiang road so it’s very convenient for us to explore nearby attractions. We also especially love the interior of the accommodation. Our hotel room is very comfortable and the afternoon tea and breakfast was also beautifully done. Overall, we are very happy with our stay here. Best choice in PingJiangLu! Located at the centre, walk few steps to the famous main road. All the staff very kind and helpful 💯 perfect interior design, definitely will come back again! Amazing stay 🤩

Really good location to walk close to the town and also nice and clean room

The hotel is very new, nice and clean! Located in the ferry convenient area, with shopping areas around and many food to eat!  All staff are professional and friendly! I am very pleased With their services! We strongly recommend a friendly and friends if they are visiting Suzhou China!

We got a free upgrade to the family style room and the room was clean and spacious. Location is great with pingjiang road just at the doorstep. Breakfast was delicious and portion was just right. The hotel also provides free taxi ride to a few tourist spots nearby so it was really convenient. Overall a great place to stay at in suzhou.

Good location. Room is clean but no life to 2nd floor. Thank God to hotel staff to transfer our luggage. Breakfast - can be improved. Service provided can be improved. Location - next to ping Jiang road.
