English speaking staff need to be improved especially at restaurant; it was hard to communicate when you need something during breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable to stay at. I loved the room we were in, it had a beautiful bathtub. The problem we had was the language barrier, we had to repeat ourselves a lot when we needed something or they would send a wrong thing. Also if we left the room we would have to go renew the door card all the times because it expired, it just didn’t make sense. Breakfast needs a little upgrade to accommodate everyone with more options.

在最後一刻又被感動到！就是臨走要去地下車庫，而通往車庫專用電梯又在高層，我就看見一個高個子小弟，順口問了一下：可否有樓梯走下車庫！小弟説：跟着我！一路陪我到車庫（因為有門禁，衹有員工可以打開，而坐電梯則是直通車庫），在此再次致以謝意！辦理入住、客房清潔、設施設備等很OK，酒店地下與蘇州二條地鐵相連！唯一就是早餐稍遜一籌，還達不到很“豐盛”，網上有些評價有點過了……

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，每個房間裏都有瑜伽墊、泡沫箱、葯球、運動水杯，主打運動健康模式。早餐品種不多，每天更換，味道還好，除了蘇式特色比較好吃，其它的菜品味道一般。
不足之處，床太窄，雙人床的床衹有一米，一般酒店的雙人床都是1.2米或是1.35米，酒店的床衹有1米，對於我們這種健身運動健壯身材的人來説不太友好，翻身怕掉下去，躺着一動不動比較難受，有點影響睡眠質量。酒店健身房小巧精緻，酒店沒有泳池。
酒店服務也挺好的，除了房間的雙人床比較狹窄，睡得不舒服，其它的入住體驗還行。

在思考這附近選哪家酒店的旅客，同價位中不必比較其他連鎖酒店品牌，就是這家酒店CP值最高了。
房間跟停車場裝修都全新、大樓管理良好、出入人羣簡單、櫃枱小姐姐劉ya十分親切。攜程積分兑換的水果跟生等房型一樣沒少，誠實信用的商家。早餐也十分豐富。
住過上百間酒店的普通旅客留。

房間挺舒服的，景色很好佈局也不錯，我拍的不太好😂實際比照片效果好很多，特別適合喜歡做瑜伽健身的人，房間裏有瑜伽墊和其他健身用品。浴巾有味道，但是衹更換了浴巾，之後也沒有什麼補償，有點遺憾。
