Stayed at Novotel Ambassador Suwon and loved the convenience. Rooms were clean, modern, and quiet with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. Great location near the station and shopping. Overall, excellent value in Suwon for family trips.

Hotel is very convenient and near transport node.. very easy to walk about and next to shopping mall. Hotel also very clean except its next to railway track.. but once window close the sound proofing is very good..

Good location close to Suwon station and Suwon metro 2 mins walk from hotel use exit 4. But some of front deck staff a bit attitude.

We arrived at the hotel around noon time. The hotel is very close to the KTX train station, 5 minutes walking. The front desk was very helpful, she checked our registration, lend me an umbrella, suggested our city walk in Sowan. The hotel is in great conditions, though we don't have time to experience the Gym, swimming pool, also the restaurant. We will use this hotel again upon our next visiting to Korea.

Found body hair on the bed two nights in a row after housekeeping. Really disgusting experience.

Overall, was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Very convenient given its location right next to Suwon train station and close proximity to the starfield mall and fortress.

It was a good experience, there shouldn’t be a charge for sauna since I’m already paying a high price for the hotel.

Delightful place to stay as its central to many attractions and shopping areas. Repeated stay here and is still delightful as it is. Mattress and pillows could do much better. Front desk weren’t helpful when asked for recommendations in the area.

Toilet was not really clean when I check in. Room is really hot and was unable to have cold air condition. But staff was great to pass me fans and advised me to turn off the air condition, open the window

The shower water was not hot enough. As the weather was very cold at Christmas day. That's the only point feel disappointed.
