We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach. It's on the main Coastal Highway near many restaurants, and close drive to beaches Our room was clean at arrival and updated. And the hotel is well kept and comfortable. My only complaint is that they are still not doing housekeeping. Not even light cleaning in between nights, and you have to drag your dirty towels down to the lobby to get new ones, and the response everyday ”I hope housekeeping has some here to give”. I understand a lot of hotels aren't, but I really am finding this unacceptable for the costs paid. And again, while I know some other hotels also aren't, unless it's mentioned, hotels just keep doing this uncceptable practice. The pool was very nice, but there were never clean towels on the rack for the pool in the 4 days we were there, and always had to go to the desk to ask them, and the response was always, ”I don't know if housekeeping has any there”. We just gave up on the last day and just used our used beach tiwels Free breakfast was average typical hotel free breakfast. Nothing special or spectacular, but acceptable and fine, even if average. All in all, we did have a great stay. And I would have given a 5 star if not for the lack of daily housekeeping and the towel hassle of having to deal with dirty wet towels schlepping to the front desk and begging for more towels.

Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

UUsuario invitadoMucho lugar. Muchos restaurantes que elegir de cerca y a una distancia a pie a la tienda de salida de Tanger. Hotel y habitación están limpias. Hay muchos puntos de carga USB dentro de la suite. cama confortable. Baño está limpio y bien iluminado. La única cosa que puedo decir es que necesitan aumentar la presión sobre la cabeza de la ducha.Tiene piscina y gimnasio. Recomiendo y volveré para el próximo viaje de negocios.

UUsuario invitadoSi pudiera, les daría un cero. Nos quedamos aquí la noche del sábado, 9 de abril de 2022. Nos quedamos dormidos bien, pero a las 12:30 de la tarde se despertaron para gritar, parada de puertas y correr hacia arriba y hacia abajo por las calles/escaleras. Esto continuó por 3AM. También huele a cigarrillos y a fumar. Sí, después de amenazar con llamar a la policía, debe haber llamado y los policías sacaron a un grupo de ”people” que estaban levantando el infierno a las primeras horas de la mañana. ¡Mi esposa y yo tuvimos un viaje de 7 horas por carretera el día siguiente, pero sólo tuvimos tres horas de sueño esa noche! El día siguiente, esperamos a ver el hotel hasta Melissa, el gerente, llegó al 8AM. Cuando le dijimos que sólo habíamos dormido 3 horas y nos quejamos Sobre el ruido, el cigarrillo y el fumar *********, Melissa se volvió muy sarcástica y dijo: ”También me quedé dormida tres horas, porque la policía me llamó por todos los problemas aquí! No puedo estar aquí para atrapar a los huéspedes, ya sabes!” (citación directa). Cuando me quejé de que tienen todas estas ”normas” pero obviamente no las aplican, ella sólo arguyó y dijo: ”¿Qué quieres que diga?” Increíble. ¡Y ********* está siendo abierto, ella me preguntó ”¿Qué quieres que diga?” Si quieres quedarte en la casa de champán en el zoológico durante el tiempo de alimentación, ¡vaya y reserva una habitación aquí!

UUsuario invitadoWhere to start. 1st off, someone at booking.com told me that all rooms were non-smoking and that people were guided to the nearest smoking area. LIE. My special request was non smoking. They almost made me turn around and drive another 3.5 hours home. But they ”pulled strings” and got someone to switch with me for non-smoking AFTER telling me that I could go somewhere else the manager called....wanting me to pay another 500$....I said no way. The floors were absolutely DISGUSTING! My 1 year olds feet, legs and hands were BLACK from dirt and grime. The bathtub floor was stained grey from it, too. They do NOT shampoo the carpets. Ever. There was crayon marks all over the rooms. Very badly patched areas on the wall. Doors were busted....like won't even shut/latch busted. The bathroom didn't even have a fully functioning knob....half of it was missing. The people over top of us came in at like 12 am. And their kids were running around like crazy. Stomping. My daughter called the front desk, he said he'd take care of it. It went on for another 20-30 mins. So I had to walk down here, where as he said he walked next to the room and didn't hear anything, so I had to threaten to call the police if they didn't do anything about all the ruckus. (It was 230am.....) The bathtub drain was clogged with other people's gross hair and it drained slow because of it. I asked a staff member for a few extra trash bags because I didn't want room service in the room and I have a baby in diapers, that way I could take them out to the trash reception outside and dispose of them. He asked what room and never came...... Breakfast was nothing but junk food. They could offer eggs, waffles, sausage, bananas, apples and yogurt instead of just tiny junk muffins, donuts and other breads and cereal. My son found 2 loose screws somewhere. How great. No wifi. There was trash stuck/left between the fridge (which needs updating, btw....) and the cupboards. The fridge was old and the light kept flickering when it wanted to work.

JJoyLa piscina estaba muy agradable y limpia. Reservó una habitación para dos noches. Correo electrónico de confirmación dijo que era una habitación de fumadores. Inmediatamente llamé y pidió una habitación no fumadora. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La habitación huele a un humo terrible y se regaló con un viejo, sucio tapice y desesperada necesidad de pintura nueva. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable.
