A totally perfect stay, from the moment of checking in to the day of returning home.  Nice room, nice people, nice restaurants… just everything so great!!

The pool is cool! Receptions are friendly. But need to walk for few minutes if traveling by public transport.

From the moment I arrived they tried to accommodate me as I was early. I was given a refreshing drink and my luggage was stored while my room was being readied. I had some food and drinks at the bar. The staff were lovely and remembered me the next day! I was given keys to the outdoor facilities so was able to use the pool and spa if I wanted. They txt when the room was ready. It was an end room which overlooked the water and ocean. It was beautifully presented and the toiletries were a good size and smelt lovely. I loved the upgrades they had done to the hotel as I have stayed there previously. I ordered dinner from the in room dining, but the internet service was very slow so I had to go to reception to order. The servings were great and the food was delicious. My reservation included breakfast which was plentiful and fresh. I really enjoyed my stay, which was over too quickly!

I think this is one of the best Marriot hotels I stayed. It has a beautiful lagoon and facilities and services are good. Two tram stops away from surfers paradise. View is from the room is also nice.

It was amazing, they got their own “beach” and Marina. Their breakfast was also amazing!

It was a great stay their swimming pool is great for kids. Restaurants are great too!

A beautiful swimming pool and warm Jacuzzi. The weather was too chill for swimming in July though. The service was good, and breakfast was ok. Not much options but foods were good. There were always parking spot available not like other hotels in GC. I will definitely go back.

Nice hotel and good service. A bit of distance from central of surfer paradise though. We have a small baby, have to always call uber.

This hotel is spectacular!!! Not enough words can express how beautiful it is. Every staff member made you individually feel welcomed and genuinely looked after. Each person always had a smile and genuinely wanted to help. For example Gina and Alex in the breakfast restaurant Critique were extremely helpful and at your service. Rahul at reception was helpful and explained all the hotel facilities. The maintenance manager was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The lagoon area made you feel as if you were in Bali, Phuket etc. To say it is spectacular is an understatement. For my entire stay, each staff member made my birthday extremely special, memorable and second to none ever experienced before. Thank you all the staff at JW.

Moderate room with everything nearby, the pool is especially nice & Japanese restaurant is a must try

A very nice place to stay, the rooms are very clear, the staffs were friendly and helpful. Location wise, it’s about 20 mins away from main surface paradise area.
