Excellent hotel in the heart of the city. Staff are very much courteous. Enjoyed every moment i spent here. Kudos to the team

En palabras, después de que el Park Inn descubrió el secreto de la agua de regalo durante unos días, decidí cambiar un hotel de más alto nivel, y creo que no seguiría siendo incómodo con el agua. El hotel de Wanhao se llamaba The Gateway Hotel Athwalines, que se había transferido al Wanhao el año pasado. Si una vez se ha hecho una suerte, las dos veces se ha hecho una suerte. No pensé que el agua de regadío del hotel era la misma empresa que el Park Inn, y también se había reciclado. No subestimeo la amistad del pueblo de la India, pero sobreestima la integridad de los capitalistas indios. La parte de la salud no es para la habitación, sino para el agua potable. Pero, ¿qué puede hacer, la queja del gerente es también para su Majestad. Así que si Trip.com no puede hacer un comentario real, es una pena.

I had a comfortable stay for 2 nights . Location is excellent and getting Ola /Uber is very convenient. Rooms size are little small but cozy but have all the amenities. Breakfast spread and variety is excellent . Rooms are provided with electric kettle/mini bar . Service is professional and fast,all staff are very attentive and polite I would like to mention Ranjana and Sudip, very helpful. Housekeeping is done as per regular schedule. Professionally ***aged hotel. Highly recommended 👍

The rooms are very comfortable and the stuffs are really helped us to select all the good things .Specially the rbg dining hall won my heart..I have there for more than 2 weeks and Sarina ,Urvin really did care about our breakfast & dinner...never felt like I am away from home .Im from bengal and found a bengali chef over there who literally helped me with all the bengali foods. Thanks to all of them to make my journey memorable .

For a one night stay, i had to change the rooms two times that makes it three rooms in a night. And i am not very particular about the details. I have stayed at street side lodges and been happy. If a hotel lives upto its own promise, its good enough for me. The thing that irked me the most is the Nonchalant attitude of the staff. I write this review to make people alert to not choose a hotel by frontal appearance alone. I was very much looking forward for this stay as the photos looked very good and OYO even said ”sanitised b4 your eyes”. After checking in, i felt, leave alone ”b4 my eyes”, they might not be sanitising it even behind my back. First, Room no-304 : 1) there was a mouse running around the room. (Could not take a video. It did not make an appearance as long as i took a video) 2) There were insects on the bed. 3) The bathroom was not cleaned (evidence- the water from the previous usage was all over the bathroom floor. The previous soap remnants in the soap dish and by the wash basin) The bathroom ceiling has a big opening, thru which u can see the internals of the building and all the plumbing connections. Cigarette smoke coming into the bathroom from somewhere (the bathroom is not facing the outer world, it is facing the floor corridor) I asked for a room change. Got a Room No - 206 1) the commode (water closet). When u flush, all that water leaks into the bathroom  instead of going into the drain plumbing system. (Mind you, this is not the fresh water from the tank of the commode. It is the water which i flushed, the dirty water) 2) paint peeling off from walls. This is not a big issue actually. But why i had to mention it ? If you are trying to portray yourself as a high class star hotel, you better start taking care of the facility, else dont bother marketing yourself as one. Again room change. Now room 208- 1) bathroom not cleaned. (Evidence- presence of a used ointment and soap remnants) One thing they do- clean the main bedroom. Do the sheets. Roll up a blanket and keep it in the closet. Throw a soap for u in the bathroom. So, if they are not even cleaning the bathroom, where does the question of SANITISING raise from, leave alone ”before my eyes” The reception staff were not wearing a mask. Even while speaking to guests. Their response when i told them about the mouse - ”none. No response” they just went on with their duty. Non-chalant behaviour. The things that showed that they did not even care to provide /clean / maintain their own facilities: a) one room did not have a bucket and a mug. I thought, some hotels do not provide. Its ok. b) the second room had both c) the third room had a bucket, did not have a mug. d) in two rooms, the hand shower wall bracket was broken. e) one room, the head shower was leaking all over the place f) Bird Droppings on the window of 304. While waiting for my dinner, I really wanted to say in the review ”food is 5 star. Very good” but alas, horrible food as well

The location is good, the staff is good nature d and helpful. The rooms are very small compared to other hotels of the same category. Overall it is a good one but cost wise a bit expensive for the facilities they are providing

Creo que el nivel general del hotel es el mejor en Surat, pero la ubicación es Es un defecto, pero está realmente limpio.
