The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

Amenities were really nice. Location was nearest to airport which is great. Food quality was awesome however at times, there was delay in service. Housekeeping was done timely however laundry services are outsourced where i had a bad experience as my new yellow levies formal shirt got blue stains on it after receiving from laundry. Overall its a great place to stay and explore the nearby beaches and shopping centres.

The hotel team always go extra miles for the help, no matter what your request is they will fullfill it for you. Especially Mr Anand & Mr Patel. You can call them anytime for any help and request in the hotel these two will always give there best. Hotel is very nice, food is good, location is excellent.
