There was a rat who jumped on my wife just when she was taking a look at the so-called luxury room. There is no exhaust or fresh air fan in bathroom. I booked the room with breakfast. And breakfast was pathetic. Tea was kept in large mayur jug as if in a langar. Parantha was out of sight. Owner/manager so called himself ordered his staff to clean the room which as per them was sanitized 2 days back. After assuring that the rat was removed. Only to found again by be 2 days later, when it's (rat's) hole was found near almirah the flow of water was very poor, they had to call a plumber to fix the issue. The hot water in the room is of course a problem. The business of the owner and sr. Manager is the hospitality sector but their attitude is far away from it leave the courtesy to ask if, after the failed attempt to catch rat, how was the night or show the remorse.
