The location is good , the breakfast is delicious , suitable for those who loves to play golf

Nice hotel for golf activity, breakfast was excellent. the cons only no toothbrush for toileteries and quite distance to city as it offered privacy. coffee machine in the room 😍.

-There is no option for a balcony room in the ad -can't upgrade on desk deal with receptionist -835 is non privacy room.we can hear the conversations from the next door.

The air conditioner in the room is not cold but the staff and service are very good, breakfast buffet is recommended

The room quite spacious and nice. They even put sejadah for muslim to pray. What a consideration 👍. Its not just that but also have iron inside the room which I love the most. Overall is good to stay.

All good... But I thought the swimming pool like picture shown in apps. Worth with the price.

Worst cust service ever during check in. Was mistaken with other traveller as we had same name but different sir name. He ask me to pay for the room but i already paid via booking.com.The receptionist has no courtesy to double check my booking number even i showed him my booking details and given him my ic. I need to settle it by myself (i had to call *********** customer service). After confirmed that i already paid, the receptionist never called to check in. It's *********** who called me back. The worst part was when i ask him to double confirm, he went to ask another receptionist (a lady) but she didnt check my booking. She said "ha,tak bayar lagi". What a shame. The room was spacious but dusty. Got iron and iron board, a coffee machine with 1 coffee capsule. Got buggy service from room to the lobby.

Location is ok if you drive, but if not, it will be difficult to move around even within the hotel because the room from the reception is a distance away. We book for room for 2 adults and 1 kid. And we requested for one more towel because we were only given 2, they said there will be additional charges. Room condition is not the best, bathroom has mouldy odour, algae. Door lock not functioning well. On the last day we were not given bottled water, instead just an empty flask. Worst still, my son’s bolster and soft toy went missing after house keeping and they insisted they did not take it and blame it on us that we may have forgotten that we took it out. It was an extremely disappointing experience from the staff and we didnt expect things to be lost and not getting help.

Stay & location is ok Food good But the bathroom need to upgrade which shower area water couldn’t go down smoothly
