"This time I traveled to the United States and experienced the best hotels, which was much more comfortable than those 4-star hotels. Great hostess, super delicious breakfast."

"The first room we were assigned was very dirty. We asked for another room and the deak clerk was very apologetic and helpful. We had a new room in minutes that was very clean. Just keep in mind , you are getting what you pay for."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites SUMTER by IHG ★★★

"I just had the worst nights sleep in my life. My wife and I literally slept on a box spring at your motel. I travel a lot for the United Methodist Church and for the Federal government and I’ve never had the experience I had on last night. My wife and I had just attended my brother’s funeral and we were exhausted and just wanted to get a good nights sleep. That didn’t happen. I know now to stay clear of your motel and others under that name. Believe me I’m going to share this experience with everyone I know"
