"La habitación era muy limpia. El edificio es sólo unos meses de edad, pero ya está mostrando traje en espacios públicos. El estacionamiento, la casa y las calles son sucias, polvos y tinados. La carretera que conduce al hotel no tiene todavía el último abrigo de asfalto, por lo que el manto cubre el manto en pie peligrosamente para que usted pueda tener que esquivarlos para evitar daños a su subcarril. La presión del agua en el cuarto piso es la peor que he experimentado en un hotel en 50 años, pero se queda caliente durante los 30 minutos que tomará para una ducha 5-minute. Las paredes no son insonorizadas, así que puedes escuchar conversaciones en la puerta adyacente. Hay una máquina de venta y sala de ejercicios en el piso de piso, y una 7-Eleven en un fácil paseo 250-yard."

"After booking this room I read other reviews stating similar situations ; cancelling room to charge more, adding additional fees etc on google. However, only writing based on my experience, but find some comfort they didn't just target me. I was displaced during the Nashville Ice storm and on day 3 with no electricity I caved and decided to get a hotel room. I googled pet friendly locations and looked at rates and based off this, price, and availability booked this. When I got to the hotel room to check in the clerk was crude, uninterested, and condescending. She quickly told me my room wasn't pet friendly and I wasn't allowed to have my dog. My dog is a registered service dog and is a small yorkie. After explaining that she told me I had to have a $100 cash deposit and it had to be in cash. Which I didn't have on me. I asked if she could waive the deposit due to the circumstance, see if I could find cash somewhere, or simply cancel the reservation. If I had to guess all those people who paid the $100 deposit in cash didn't get it back because they found a dog hair left on the room, and they probably pocketed it and didn't claim it (why else make someone pay a cash deposit?). She told me the reservation was non refundable and that I booked a non pet friendly room and that was on me. After getting to no where with this unempathetic lady I left almost in tears because at this point hotel rooms were continually limited to book with so many people without power. I tried to also cancel my reservation and explain through *********** but there customer service was also almost non existent and they communicate with the hotel to make a determination. I then had to drive back down to different exits as this was very remote and go to hotel to hotel hoping to find a vacancy. My hope is that karma comes back around to them, and people see this an avoid patronage. It might not, as I see people who got rooms seemed to be happy with the quiet simplicity and non amenities. However, I will NEVER set foot in this building and work in customer service and will make sure I also tell all of my clients about the terrible experience.... is only to help me life at the situation. SHAME ON YA'LL FOR TURNING PEOPLE OUT IN A CRISIS! SHAME!"
