We were only staying here one night and chose this hotel as it seemed to be in a good location for visiting the Mercedes Benz and Porsche Museums. We had stayed at other Adina Hotels and enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, can't say the same about this one. For a start it was difficult to find. Our GPS was giving us the runaround. Finally, we saw a temporary banner displayed indicating the Adina's location. There were roadworks and an excavation site opposite the entrance. At reception we were given instructions on where to locate the parking. Adina had their own allocated car spaces at the adjoining shopping centre's car park, so it was not straightforward. Finally, we got to our room which was fine, and the beds were quite comfortable, however we noticed there was only half a roll of toilet paper with no other spare in sight and only one bath towel. On calling reception regarding the missing towel, I was told I could pick one up from reception. As it was late, I asked if it could be dropped to our room and was told they would do so, however that never happened. We declined breakfast as we thought it was far too expensive even though reception did offer a discount of 20 euros each. Apparently, it is cheaper if prebooked online. On the upside, on checkout we asked for some advice on directions and the receptionist went to some trouble and he emailed a link to us which was quite helpful.

El hotel tiene una vibe joven con algunas opciones de diseño intrigantes como papel de pared texturado metálico. Puede ser un poco 90s-ish, pero golpea su hotel de negocios medio aburrido! Nos quedaron aquí para llevar a los niños al museo de Mercedes. No fue un gran fin de semana de eventos, así que la zona estaba realmente muerta. La recepción del hotel era amable, pero sólo 1 persona manejando el escritorio, así que siempre parecía ocupado con cuadras. La habitación era muy buena y limpia. (Aviso de personal en checkout porque sólo nos quedamos por la noche) También hemos cenado en el restaurante abajo. En la letra, una porción de salmón es de 15 euros (quizá 150g) con nada más en la placa. Si quieres un lado, tienes que pagar por eso. Igual con el schnitzel. Cada uno de los elementos que añadas a tu placa es un coste adicional. El hotel está muy bien, pero el sistema de precios es muy divertido. La única característica de la regalo es que hemos recibido algunos descuentos de este restaurante debido a nuestro estatuto de miembro del club. Nos quedamos aquí sólo una noche, por lo que era suficiente como un hotel limpio y funcional. Estacionamiento gratuito en la calle cuando no hay evento. Elegimos estacionar en el parque de coches de cualquier manera que usted tiene que pagar un día de tarifa porque no es propiedad del hotel.

El hotel está situado en la periferia de una zona residencial en una calle conducida. Situado en una parte de una casa de negocios mayor. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno, la habitación está limpia y atractivamente decorada. Desafortunadamente, sólo hay cortinas y no hay jardín, por lo que la luz del sol sólo se puede obtener al principio de la mañana si uno de los ~6m alejados, que está en el mismo edificio, puede mirar a la habitación. La aislamiento acústico de las paredes es buena, la puerta de la habitación, desgraciadamente, pasa bastante. Malo cuando se utilizan a partir de 6 pulsaciones de la mañana. Resumido: Para los viajeros de negocios que se levantan temprano, está bien.

Das schlechteste und mieseste Hotel in dem ich je war!!!! Gebucht direkt über die Homepage. Und damit fing es auch schon an!!!! Nach der Buchung bekam ich KEINE Bestätigung via Mail zugeschickt. Erst nach 2 maliger Aufforderung an die angeführte E-Mail Adresse. Angekommen im Hotel wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es kein warmes Wasser gibt aufgrund diverser Probleme. Das Schwesternhotel wurde uns angeboten, jedoch waren wir schon den ganzen Tag unterwegs und erschöpft und wollten einfach nur auf unser Zimmer. Das Schwesternhotel wäre ca. 30 Minuten weiter entfernt gewesen. Habe dann das Wasser getestet, es war kalt/lauwarm. Zum schnell abduschen für uns ok, allerdings nicht für den vollen Preis. Die Rezeptionistin bot an 1 Frühstück gratis, ich stimmte nicht zu und wollte den Chef sprechen. Der wäre nicht da und auch nicht verfügbar. Ich hätte sonst bis 18:00 Zeit dann verfällt die Reservierung oder ich soll mir halt ein anderes Hotel suchen!!! Wahnsinn das ganze und sowas von unfreundlich! Dann ging sie mit dem handy für einige Minuten weg. Nach langem hier und her einigten wir uns auf minus 50% auf die 2. Nacht. War ok für mich. Dann ging die Diskussion aber weiter. Die Rezeptionistin hatte keinerlei Informationen über meine Buchung bzw Preis für 2 Nächte und wollte mir dann einen höheren Preis das Frühstück nochmal extra dazu rechnen!!! Irre war das und einfach nur eine Frechhheit!!! Zeigte ihr dann meine Bestätigung der Buchung für 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück. Aber rechnen konnte sie trotzdem nicht! Das Frühstück war ok, mehr nicht. Brot teilweise vom Vortag, Joghurt mit eingetrockneten Rändern! Sonst kaum Auswahl und sehr überschaubar. KEIN Safe im Zimmer!!! Auch darauf hatte die Rezeptionistin keine Antwort! Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Bad mit Dusche und vertrecktem Duschvorhang! Alles in Allem: furchtbarer Aufenthalt! Dringend davon abgeraten!!!

He estado aquí a veces en los últimos años. No ha cambiado mucho bajo un nuevo nombre. La reserva funciona como siempre. Si no hay grandes eventos en la zona, se ofrecen precios y ofertas baratos. La entrada en el garaje de la profundidad está bien, pero entonces hay que encontrar la salida correcta en el enorme garaje del centro comercial. El hotel no está central en Stuttgart, sino en el suburbio, la conexión con el tren S (5-10 min pie) también es buena por la noche. recepción y check-in rápido, cortesía, sin complicaciones. Habitaciones y baños son limpios, y funcional, pero no de lujo. Algunas habitaciones en la calle principal pueden estar bastante altas con ventanas abiertas. Pero al otro lado duerme muy tranquilo. En verano, las habitaciones pueden calentarse también dependiendo de la ubicación y la radiación solar. El desayuno buffet siempre ha sido muy bueno, en la actualidad la selección se reduce considerablemente por la situación sanitaria, pero la calidad sigue siendo aceptable. A quien sabe la situación, la estancia aquí vale su precio.

The hotel has had some recent renovations but unfortunately they used direct stick carpet which made the floor very hard. It's fairly close to everything, local train will take you into the town center, approximately 15 minutes. The room was a reasonable size and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was OK but the shower was small. It was unusual to find that the bar and restaurant were both closed . However, close by there is a supermarket where you can buy just about anything. There are also many local restaurants withing walking distance. The gentleman on the afternoon shift was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. Another positive note, is that the hotel is walking distance to the Porsche Museum, which is a must see.

El pequeño hermano de la recepción es muy humoroso. Las instalaciones de higiene de la habitación están bien, la habitación es grande, pero no hay tablas de ropa. Y el calzado y el baño están separados, la puerta está cerrada y está un poco problemática. El desayuno es bueno, pero no ofrece almuerzo y cena, además de pizza y bebidas. Hay supermercados y campos de fútbol cercanos. El transporte no es muy conveniente, la estación de autobús tiene cientos de metros y la estación de tren ligero tiene un kilómetro. La puerta del hotel puede estacionar.

Clean building, parking spaces. Interior in public areas modern, rooms except bathroom feel outdated. + Rooms are spacious. + lots of closet space * fridge + huge breakfast buffet + metro in front + quiet rooms - ridiculous pan cake size, I know that machine can make regular sized pancakes As of now you spend more time waiting for your 2“ pancakes than eating - Wifi non existent in room, bedside. - AC is a joke it‘s set centralized, the property decides if you are able to cool or heat your room. Sucks with 24 degrees inside and AC set to heat only.
