Contrary to other reviews I had read, my experience was a pleasant one. The room was spacious and very clean. The towels were crisp white and the bed/pillows were comfy. The pool was still closed for renovations, but I didn't plan to use it anyway so this was not a problem for me. The staff were courteous and polite. It was mentioned upon checkin that the hotel was under renovations and from what I could see the improvements were well done.

We booked one night here through ***********. Three days before our night we received an email confirming the booking and welcoming us for our stay in the near future. We arrived at the hotel on a wintry, cold evening to find a sign in the door saying the hotel is closed! No explanation - just closed. Peering through the windows we saw that extensive renovations were underway and clearly nobody could stay there! Why did they take bookings and send confirmation emails to a closed hotel???? We had to search for alternative accommodation in a snowstorm. Nice one, Wyndham. You must be proud.

The bathroom had obvious mildew in the shower, mold on the door, and a failing sink. There was leftover food in the mini fridge from a previous guest. The thermostat on the heater did not work so we manually turned it on and off to regulate the temperature. There was no breakfast offered. The pool was closed. There was a literal hole in the wall. And then we woke up to no water at all. We couldn't flush the toilet, bathe, or brush our teeth. We ran out of there early in the morning to find a way to clean ourselves. I cannot recommend that anyone stay here for any reason.

The Breakfast food was old and not refilled. The Bagels were moldy. The Bulbs were out in rooms or lights didn’t work. There was No replenishing of Kleenex. The desk clerk was rude. The Bathroom faucet ran all night. The coffee was cold. Was not pleased.

Stay far, far away from this place unless you want to get some sort of infection. The place reeks of microwaved fish, has unrepaired holes all over the walls and mysterious stains on the bedding. In addition, there was large amounts of spackle in the shower which leads me to believe they are covering mold. STAY. AWAY.

Honestly not a bad stay except for the check-in. Booked a 2 bed room weeks in advance, but was told by the worker at the desk (Isaac) when i arrived to check-in that one was not available, but with it being a single night stay I didn't think much of it and swtiched the reservation to a single bed room. Judging by the confusion of the lady when checking-out there were double rooms available and Isaac had taken it upon himself to tell me that there were none available to put me and the other guest with me in a different room and that this wasnt the first time he had done that. Whether he had a personal motive behind it or not I can't say, but it did seem like he was purposely being misleading for one reason or another.

My daughter and I had confirmed reservations for one night, Friday August 12th, 2022. As we realized we would be arriving late evening we called ahead to hold our room. When we called our calls went to an answering system and when we received no call back we tried twice more. When we arrived at 8:45pm there were two other parties at the counter ahead of us. They were being told that the hotel had overbooked and had no rooms available. The clerk started rambling that they were in the process of calling the affected parties. Then she said they had four staff quit that week. We asked if she might help us find alternate lodgings, she said they had no agreements with other properties. We noticed a Hampton Inn nearby and went over and they had rooms available for all three parties. The rate for the Wyndham was about $120, the rate at the Hampton (with our rewards membership was about $180. I wrote to Wyndham customer service stating that I think they should cover the difference in cost between our Hampton rate and the cost quoted in our confirmed Wyndham conformation. Customer service sent me a reply to send them a copy of our bill and they would get back to us in a week. We have not heard from them since, even as I requested a verification that they received the documents.

My family and I had a reservation here . When we got to the hotel they gave are rooms way to a regular . Front beak man had worked there all of 4 days had no clue what he was doing and called everyone and no one answered. There where no rooms for me or my family . Not only did we not have a room with r 3 yr son but a woman before us was staying there and had a room for 5 days why she had her medical apts . They didn’t have her room either. No one should stay here.I felt so horrible for the man at the desk .he was so frustrated and says his boss Cory gives rooms away all the time .
