"Conocemos esta realidad receptiva , este hotel fantástico desde hace muchos años , y ... si pasamos por aquellas partes , el llamado siempre es grande ! Ospitalidad, cortesía ... entornos realmente agradables , hacen que somos y quedaremos clientes para el futuro . Nada que no se pueda extraer para las habitaciones , siempre muy bonitas , tanto en la parte “antigua” como en la parte nueva , siempre decorados en línea con las típicas del Trentino , y ... lo que es muy importante, el servicio de restaurante , curado por el amable Giorgio , chef / titular , que siempre propone platos suculentos . desayunos super completos de todo. Por supuesto el hotel ofrece mucho más !!! Todo excelente. Consejo!"

"Lovely bed, excellent breakfast and a delicious diner. Nice People who runs the Hotel. I come here for more than 30 years with my whole family of almost 65 People. It feeks like home every time we go there. It is in the Middleton of the centre of Sterzing and in 15 min ypu are at the Rosskopf."

"Nice restaurant in Sterzing. We had eaten pizzas. All very delicious and fair prices. Service was good and everything was okay. I can't like to recommend further."

"I stayed there for 4 days and my son, who lives in Sterzin, visited me for dinner. I m not a high demand guest and have a chill attitude in general but what happend in this Hotel was beyond. After being treated very rudely four times on two different days by one of the staff members for reasons I don't know and which was witnessed by two of his colleagues (who told me I was completly right and it was totally unacceptable). I filed a complaint on Sunday night March 17th. I was told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do for me. It was promised that the employee in question would be spoken to the next day. After that I was no longer helped and I was completely ignored when I tried to order something in the bar. I find this extremely rude and very unprofessional. His behavior but even more so the manager's response to my complaint I really think this is inadequate from the perspective as a customer. This left me with a very bad feeling and spoiled my stay with them."

"My wife and I stayed for one night at this hotel as we wanted to explore Vipiteno city center. First of all, I walked in and didn’t have a reservation as I thought it’s better to check out the hotel before you book it. I liked that they have free parking but I didn’t like the fact that our room was looking over the next door cemetery and I was not told this by the receptionist Jennifer. She made us pay for the night upfront which I found strange but I didn’t mind as we were very tired. The breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed having our breakfast in the outside garden. Overall, it was not so bad and our room was ok."
