We weren't sure where to eat but luckily for us, decided on Coopmanhuijs - great experience. The staff provided fantastic service, the setting and decor was stylish and the food excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Stellenbosch.

My wife and I stayed in this one of the best boutique hotels recently. Excellent room interior, common areas and nice breakfast selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is surrounded by nice streets/restaurants in a very beautiful area of Stellenbosch.

An outstanding hotel where you are made to feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. That entails free courtesy parking which, given how busy Church Street is, was most welcome. Our room was spacious and our bathroom huge, we've had smaller bedrooms. Everything you could reasonably want was provided in the room , which was immaculate. We ate in the restaurant twice. The first time our main course was lamb shank, which simply fell off the bone, accompanied by an excellent local merlot. On the second night we ate off the "set" menu, there were at least three choices for each course, with matching wines served in generous glasses. I had wonderfully tender ostrich steak and my wife Kingklip. There was an extensive breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, cooked meats and cheese. There were also a range of hot options. My eggs florentine were particularly good. The best feature of the hotel was the staff who were unfailing friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and they were always happy to help you. We would genuinely think about going back to Stellenbosch just to stay here again.

Comfortable, cute, clean and phenomenal food. Very attentive staff focused on the little details. Fantastic spa services. I highly recommend this spot for a home away from home while visiting wine country.

What a lovely hotel. Great welcome from reception and valet parking offered. Parking was free too. Pool available at rear of hotel. Rooms were really nice and clean. All staff were friendly. Hotel felt so homely that we had dinner there on our one night stay. What a great decision. Menu was attractive and the food was absolutely delicious and well presented. I am not a wine drinker but others in our party commented the best wine that had tasted during our 2 week trip around the Cape area. would definitely return and recommend.

Excellent service, comfortable beds, great location and spa treatment! Breakfast was delicious . We will definitely be back again soon. Decor is old style vintage and beautifully displayed. Parking available; friendly staff, near all the restuarants

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful place, characterful and well appointed rooms. Delicious breakfast included. Massage was lovely and to relax by the pool afterwards outside was perfect. Brilliantly placed centrally for bars and restaurants. Excellent valet service for your car.

Fantastic service, extreme comfort, and excellent culinary experience make this a wondrous experience! Shane was especially helpful in organizing our travel nearby. We could not wish for more in our tour of Stellenbosch wine lands!❤️🍷👍
