We booked a room at Stellenbosch Hotel and received an upgrade to stay in their sister hotel - Coopmanshuijs. The hotel came with a porter who parked our car and moved pur luggage on our behalf. We had to check out early morning, so they packed a breakfast box for us. The room was beautiful and comfortable, had wifi and LED charged lights to use during load shedding hours, a mini bar, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and AC. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and we enjoyed the upgrade! It’s located about 5mins from the Stellenbosch Hotel, and close to most shops and restaurants. Highly recommend both hotels when you stay in Stellenbosch!

Nunca he puesto un review en trip advisor en mi vida y viajo muchísimo. Pero hoy me he quedado impresionado. Y voy a compartir con vosotros como me he sentido después de esta visita en Sudáfrica en el Hotel Stellenbosch Hotel +27/0)218873544. Lo destacable durante la instancia fue primero la amabilidad, segundo la limpieza, y después la comida . Todo de sobresaliente. El Hotel tiene carácter y está muy bien situado. Pero lo que me llamo poderosamente la atención y me voy con el corazón tocado positivamente es la determinación de servicio y ayuda que este equipo demuestra. Un ejemplo es que no me había llegado la prueba del PCR qoe había hecho I8horas antes y la necesitaba para poder volar de vuelta a España. La gerente del hotel Jo-Anne Wesso llamó personalmente a la clínica y insistió hasta conseguir la PCR (de había traspapelado), después la imprimió para mi y para el compañero que viajaba conmigo , también imprimió nuestros billetes. Cuando viajas aprecias mucho más la amabilidad y el Carolo de las personas que se verdad son bondadosas . Así que para mi es un 10. Nunca olvidare este hotel y cuando venga a Stellenbosch aquí me quedaré SIEMPRE. Emilio Teresa Almenara

The service at the hotel was great, from the prompt replies when I booked via email, to all communication thereafter as well. The room was great, and the breakfast was very good. The location is ideal for the heritage tourist exploring Stellenbosch on foot.

Wife and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary weekend stay at the Stellenbosch Hotel. It was a most awesome stay, clean rooms,most comfortable bed and excellent service. The hotel is well complimented by their restaurant, the Stellenbosch Kitchen, which renderded excelent service and very tastefull food. Overall, an awesome/extraordinary experience. We love it.

We had a wonderful stay. From the get go as we arrived Malrick was so helpful. He stood at the entrance and immediately showed us where to go with the car for parking and helped us with our bags up to the room. Again with check out, he was very friendly and he’ll did all the luggage shuffle. Fantastic.

Fantastic hotel, great location and exceptional Staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay welcoming from check-in to check-out. Providing laundry service (nominal fee) was a savior. From restaurants, wine bars, shops and excursions, you're within walking distance to it all. There are a couple comparable options, yet stay at The Stellenbosch Hotel if there's availability.

My Sister-in-Law and I checked into Stellenbosch Hotel on Sunday evening, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The staff are super friendly and very attentive. The beds are super comfortable, the room was spotless. Thank you for hosting us, we will definately come back again
