The Steamboat Grand

房間比較老舊，隔音很差，離滑雪場很近，酒店服務人員態度都很好。雪板和鞋可以存放在纜車附近的storage，會有專人送去。主要是滑雪方便，其他設施一般。

Nice place but the housekeeping/maid service was terrible. They came in twice in 4 nights, and barely cleaned the rooms. Essentially just took out the garbage and replaced towels. They haphazardly threw the sheets on the bed. Couldn’t even make the bed. Also charge $25 for parking when the lot across the street is $10. Strange. Hotel and pool were nice, but it’s those little things that keep you from getting 5 stars.

Everything was great. We were early and although our room wasn't ready, they worked to have things ready ahead of normal check in. Great pool and pool area with two large hot tubs and small game area. Great area to play or just hang out. Staff was great all the way around from our early check in to our early check out.

Great location and big room. As expected, restaurants in house are very expensive. Lovely grounds

Very nice resort with an awesome pool and two huge hot tubs beautiful views great location

Beautiful hotel and exceptional clean Every where…rooms, pool, gym, etc! Beautiful location and close to town.

We always love staying at the Steamboat Grand but this time was a little different. First they were going to let me know as soon as our room was ready as we were checking out of a house we had rented for our large family vacation just up the hill from the Grand. (We stayed longer than our kids to meet some friends and enjoy extra mountain time!) They never bothered to let us know that our room was ready early (I had said I am happy to pay for early check in) Thank goodness the company we rented the house through allowed us to stay longer When we did finally get to our room, there was a partially eaten doughnut next to the refrigerator ( gross) Not sure how the cleaning staff missed it as it was one of the first things I saw when we walked in. The restaurant and staff were great! I really shouldn’t complain but we have never had any problems before so…just some constructive feedback for future guests. Still like this place!

We had a one bedroom apartment. Seriously, we could have lived there. In Denver the plane (United) waited for people (us included) , who had late arrivals for their connections to Hanley Airport. The pilot said they were the last plane headed there that day and they didn't want to leave anyone stranded. That was very appreciated.

Phenomenal place. The room was spacious and well maintained. Top end amenities. Easy parking/access. Polite staff. Thank you SB Grand
