Clean room nicely decorated, well equipped

We stayed on the ground floor and weren't particularly impressed with the apartment. While it was certainly clean, it felt like a bedsit and was dark and stuffy. That being said, the location is good (particularly if you're using the scooters!). Staff were exceptionally kind and attentive and allowed for a slightly earlier check in. The amenities in the foyer are also a big plus.

Nice hotel just outside Stavanger with parking next door. Spacious room with Kitchen and big fridge. Excellent Italian style restaurant with wood fired pizza oven. Great value for money and a good place if you need to stay a bit longer in Stavanger or if you decide to do some cooking yourselves.

Apartment at 7th floor. We had 2 separate bedrooms with a twin bed. Living room with kitchen that had everything you need. Fridge, freezer, stove and dishwasher. So you can make your own meals if you like we did not do that. One nice bathroom only issue was that the shower head kept sliding down. The apartment had large widows with a great view over Stavanger being on the top floor. Nice restaurant/ bar down steaks with real good food (Sirius Renaa). Gives great value for money if you are 4 people

Hotel has been renovated since my husband’s last visit. It does provide efficiency unit with coffee pot. Bed was very comfortable and roomy. There is a restaurant now in the hotel and they had lovely pastries, coffee, sandwiches and pizza. Open until 9 for food only early closing on Sunday but you can get a lovely glass of wine with your meal or by itself. Staff very friendly. Close to old Stavanger as well within walking distance if you are fit.

We (5 friends) stayed in a 3 bed apartment, it was spotless and very comfortable. A little out of the town and parking was expensive but luckily free on a Sunday. I would stay here again, we had a lovely view too.

No problems at all in our stay. Check-in was automated and fine (although got 2 codes - one of them luckily allowed us to check in earlier than the other). Didn't use the kitchen in the end but seemed pretty well stocked. Food downstairs was nice, great atmosphere. Location although about a 10-15min walk to town but airport bus stopped right outside for the way home which was convenient

In May 2022, my husband and I booked a room at this hotel for 2 nights in June via a booking website. My credit card was charged immediately for the full amount of the reservation. In June, during self check-in at the hotel, we were requested to pay the ful amount of ur stay again. There was nobody from the hotel's staff to help us and we had no choice but to pay again, otherwise we wouldn't have access to the room. We found someone from the hotel the next day and were assured that we would receive a refund on my credit card in no more than 5 days. I waited a week for the refund, but received nothing. I contacted the hotel again throught the booking platform and they replied that they had refunded me on a virtual card on the platform. It has been almost 1 month and a half since my stay at the hotel and I still haven't been refunded. They never apologised and didn't go to great lengths to solve the problem. They made a very serious mistake charging me twice and simply don't seem to care. The hotel's organisation and attitude are really shameful. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I am very sorry I booked a room there.

Room is absolutely basic. No proper lights. No cleaning on daily basis. Staff is absolutely uncooperative ND not humble at all. Heavily charged for room and breakfast. Never book the breakfast in this hotel. It is just money making and giving you absolutely worst service and experience.

La struttura è vicinissima al centro con parcheggio a pagamento proprio accanto ,l’appartamento Piccolo ma accogliente con bagno nuovo e pulito ,non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ,proprio giù c’è un ristorante .Chek -in e out automatico .Lo consiglio

Un super studio grand et bien équipé Bonne insonorisation Belle salle de bain Très bonne literie Parking juste à côté Proche du centre-ville, bus s arrêtant devant la porte Restaurant sur place ainsi que une excellente boulangerie Très bonne expérience

Er ging ws iets mis met een annulering. Wij wisten niet beter dan dat er geannuleerd was. Hun zeggen van niet. Dus alles gewoon betalen..nul coulance of klantvriendelijkheid Niemand kan aantonen waar t mis ging booking wijst naar frogner, frogner wijst naar booking. no mercy when thing went wrong... Not nice too thier guasts bij problems...
