Booked this hotel for a birthday trip with my friend. Before arrival, I wrote an email checking on birthday perks and was informed we would receive a birthday card and cake. Upon arrival, there was even a birthday towel on our bed! Cake tasted good too. There were chocolates placed on our bed daily too. Unfortunately, the toilet had drainage issues and water from the shower tended to splash out despite the glass door and floor towel. There was slip risk and we had to be very careful. Also, the shower head was faulty as the water pressure significantly reduced whenever we turned the water temperature higher but once we informed the front desk, they sent a technician up to check and got it fixed immediately. Also, the fridge was faulty and the front desk sent up a new fridge as replacement. It would be good if the housekeeping staff could check on the room amenities in advance in future. Also, the housekeeping staff did not clear the birthday cake plates/cultery so it'll be nice if more attention to cleanliness could be given. Also, we only had 1 packet of bath salt replenished per day, despite having 2 guests in the room... All staff we encountered at the lobby/concierge/front door were very friendly, helpful and quick to assist! We had an early flight so we ordered Grabfood which the concierge received on our behalf. Location was very convenient too.

El hotel es el hotel más grande de nuestras vacaciones y nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía. El hotel de 5 estrellas dispone de un espacio para mejorar la gestión y el mantenimiento de la casa, pero el nivel de servicio lo cubre bastante. Si vuelvo a la ciudad, me gustaría volver a este hotel.

Exceptional 7-night Family Stay – Highly Recommended! (5/5 Stars) I recently completed a wonderful 8-day stay at Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City with my family, and it was truly the highlight of our trip. Here is a detailed breakdown of our experience: [ Pros ] Prime Location: The hotel is perfectly situated for both sightseeing and shopping. Being connected to Saigon Centre/Takashimaya makes everything incredibly convenient. Excellent Laundry Amenities: Having a washer with a dryer function plus a drying rack in the room was a lifesaver. It completely solved our family’s laundry needs during the long stay. Breathtaking Views: We stayed on the 29th floor and above, offering stunning, bird's-eye views of the Ho Chi Minh City skyline. Perfect for Families: The Grand Room (2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms) provided the ultimate space and privacy for our family of four. High-Quality Breakfast: The breakfast is a mix of a side buffet and made-to-order individual dishes. While the selection isn't overwhelming, the quality of the food is top-tier, and I appreciated being able to control the portion sizes. Outstanding Service: Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and attentive. Great Water Pressure: The shower had excellent water pressure, which made for a very refreshing experience after a long day of exploring. [ Cons / Suggestions ] Bed Size: The beds felt a bit narrow and small for two adults to share comfortably. Upgrading to larger bed sizes would be a significant improvement. Cleaning: When cleaning the room, only the pillows were changed on the bed and the duvet from yesterday was unfolded and tidied up; in the bathroom, only the towels were replaced, and the trash can was not emptied or the toilet cleaned. I do not know if this is the hotel's policy, but no explanation was provided. Ordering: When I order for breakfast, the staff often forgets. There are also times when I have to bring the dishes myself because they aren't cleared quickly enough. I can understand this during peak seasons when they are busy and understaffed, but if the situation is the same even on days with few guests, it seems that staff training is necessary. [ Overall ] The drawbacks were very minor compared to the overwhelming number of advantages. This hotel offers world-class convenience and comfort for family travelers. I give it a full 5/5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

El desayuno es rico y delicioso, el hotel está en una ubicación muy conveniente, el personal de servicio también es muy entusiasta, el único problema es que el aislamiento acústico de la habitación es muy pobre, especialmente el sonido de la descarga del inodoro es demasiado fuerte, lo que molestará a las personas que duermen en medio de la noche. Espero que esto se pueda mejorar y se pueda agregar otra mesa y sillas a la habitación, por lo demás es perfecto. 

This is a newly launched hotel brand and definitely worth trying. They offers excellent facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna & a well-equipped gym. The staff are welcoming and always ready to help. I had a very pleasant stay.

I stayed at Dhawa during the September holidays. Before going, I read several reviews, which were somewhat mixed. However, after our stay, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dhawa and had a very satisfying vacation. Of course, there were both positive aspects and some minor points of concern, but overall, I felt that this is a wonderful hotel. Pros: • The shuttle bus between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel is included in the room rate, saving the hassle of arranging transportation. • The pool is not too deep; even in the adult pool, an average adult can stand upright with their face above water and breathe comfortably. • There are many child-friendly activities, including bubble pools, scheduled regularly, all at no extra cost. This is great since Ho Tram generally has limited entertainment options outside the resort. • All rooms have ocean views. While the rooms are not very large, the design is elegant. I especially liked the shower room design. • Most staff members can communicate in English. • Front desk, pool, kids’ club, spa, and bar staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at the kids’ club, bar, and spa left particularly positive impressions. • The breakfast buffet was satisfying, with especially delicious bread. • There is a free tea, coffee, and cookie service near the front desk; I particularly enjoyed the purple tea. Areas for improvement: • Some staff members were not familiar with the resort’s activity schedule. • Some vending machines were broken and could not be opened manually. • Combs and razors were not provided by default at the sink. I’m not sure if this is for cost-saving or environmental reasons, but it would be appreciated if these were provided in advance, as they are inexpensive items. Points understandable due to high occupancy during the holiday: • Long queues at the front desk caused some delays during check-in. This was likely due to overlapping arrival times from the complimentary shuttle buses. Other resorts offering free shuttles experience similar situations (e.g., Vung Tau Vias Hotel, Holiday Inn Ho Tram Resort). While the hotel technically meets the national 5-star standard for reception hall size (100m²), this is worth noting. • Breakfast buffet required a short wait. On both days, the wait was only about 5 minutes, which was acceptable, even for a hungry toddler. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We would gladly return and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you very much.

Hotel is nice and convenient. Breakfast with great food and enough choice. Only things is my room windows too close to other building. Mostly same as no windows.

The location is good, the room is very clean. The service is good too. I am happy with all of this. What made me unhappy and inconvenient, the reasons I gave two stars for amenties are as follows: 1) toilet - clean yes, but the water pump is top strong and inconvenient to press, feel like I am pressing a broken handle water pump. 2) trash bin - in the toilet, it is difficult to push down the cover, too strong, so always ended up touching my hand with the cover where most of the trashed from the toilet were in contact with while pushing down. In the room, the cover, always need to use hands to remove the cover. 3) Electricity plug sockets - should have at least two free, one each by each bed. But what we had to use is the one for TV plug, the one for night light bulb (between the bed). Only one free socket by the mirror in the bedroom. So very inconvenience for two persons to charge our phones or laptops.

Overall, it was a wonderful hotel experience. Great attention had been paid to every detail, from the exterior and interior design to the furnishings. The service was also excellent. You could really feel, through every staff member’s attitude, their genuine desire to make guests enjoy their stay. There was event held at the pool, so we never got bored and were able to enjoy our entire stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of satisfying options. The omelet made by a young chef was especially delicious. At first, the room we were assigned had weak air conditioning, but we were grateful that they promptly moved us to another available room. It was also reassuring to see that repair work on the faulty room began immediately. The room facilities were excellent overall, and having a bathtub was a nice bonus. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the return shuttle bus departs too early at 10:30. Nearby hotels like VIAS Hotel offer departures around 1–2 PM, and even luxury resorts in Ho Tram have shuttle services leaving after 12 PM. Since check-out is at 12 PM, it would have been nice to fully enjoy the room, hotel, and pool until then.

Ventajas: 🏨 El hotel es relativamente nuevo, con una decoración bonita y en general más moderno que el Paragon Saigon. 🏊 La piscina infinita en la azotea es uno de sus mayores atractivos, con excelentes vistas, ideal para fotos. 🍳 El desayuno ofrece una buena variedad de opciones. 🛏️ La habitación es cómoda en general, y el espacio y las instalaciones se ajustan a la sensación de un hotel moderno de cuatro o cinco estrellas. 💰 Si el precio es adecuado, la relación calidad-precio suele ser mejor que la de los hoteles céntricos más antiguos. Desventajas: 📍 No está al lado de la calle peatonal Nguyen Hue, a unos 2,3 km; para ir a las principales atracciones del Distrito 1, generalmente hay que coger un taxi. K Klook Travel 🚕 Si la intención principal es visitar el Mercado Ben Thanh, la calle Nguyen Hue y la Ópera, la comodidad del transporte no es tan buena como la del Paragon. 🏙️ El ambiente turístico alrededor del hotel no es tan vibrante como en el corazón del Distrito 1.
