Superb location. The hotel is small but very neat and tidy. Everything provided but a staff thats warm and welcoming. There is very nice history to the hotel and has some original parts like the beautiful door. Michelin star restaurants only 30 seconds away too. Enjoy!

Un poco lejos de la ciudad, pero realmente limpio, tengo una gran experiencia. ¡El sol que veo desde la parte superior del hotel es muy bonito y se convierte en un recuerdo de toda la vida! Con baño de sauna, por lo tanto, se recomienda llevar un traje de baño.

En esta encantadora noche en Mallorca, encontré refugio en un hotel junto al mar, abrazado por la vigorizante brisa española. Al entrar en mi espaciosa habitación, me encontré con una vista panorámica: un lienzo de estrellas titilantes y el relajante ri**o de las olas. El impecable servicio del personal del hotel, caracterizado por cálidas sonrisas y atención atenta, me otorgó un sentido de pertenencia. Esta estancia fue realmente inolvidable y me dejó con ganas de volver a este paraíso costero.

La casa de la habitación era muy limpia y de nuevo decorada, y me gustaba la pintura rosa. El problema más grande es el estacionamiento es muy incómodo - ya sea paga extra (necesidad de reservar con antelación) o tuvo que estacionar en el estacionamiento público, que está a 800 metros...La sala de gimnasio estaba cerrada, por lo que no pudimos probar.

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

The location of this hotel is excellent in the old part of the city, the hotel service was also excellent. My only disappointment was the size of the room. It was tiny both the bedroom area and bathroom. For the price of the rooms I did expect something slightly bigger but we were maybe just unlucky.  Only for this reason I would not stay again.

Es muy conveniente salir del aeropuerto y llegar al hotel. Encontramos muchos hoteles cercanos llamados Xxx Melia. Tal vez este área es este nombre. El hotel está situado al otro lado del mar. La sala de exhibiciones del mar que hemos elegido tiene una pequeña terraza para sentarse, o más cómoda y hostil. El desayuno también es muy delicioso, hay muchas opciones, hay personas especiales que pueden hacer huevos, muchos hoteles no tienen este servicio, el hotel no ofrece dentistas, es importante, este hotel está bien en cualquier lugar es un poco inadecuado para el precio más claro. Cuando vamos, el personal de servicio está en el interior sin estar en nuestra habitación, Ponemos dos pequeños trozos de chocolate (un trozo de chocolate), y puse el cuello de la cola en el trozo, dos camas por pieza, pensamos que se había comido un trozo de plata, y se nos dijo que se le habían cobrado 9 euros cuando se habían hecho las cuentas. Es un poco ridículo, y me pareció que no era apropiado, Otros están bien. Tenga en cuenta que los mini-bar y las tazas de café que no son gratis se cobran y se consumen razonablemente.

Best location, best food and great service. The room was so clean and their amenities and service is the best you can find. All the good eateries and stores are in walking distance and you will be right in the centre of Palma. I loved the hotel and it is great value for money.

Resort familiar hermoso. El servicio es el mejor. Mis niños aman las mini disco y otras actividades infantiles! Muchas opciones de comida para la mitad de la mesa. Desafortunadamente, las bebidas no están incluidas. La habitación es amplia y las camas son cómodas. Me gustaría volver aquí con mi familia.
