El hotel es muy moderno, pero me siento como el encanto de este hotel. Me encanta la ubicación y el acceso fácil a todo. Muy caminable. La gente sin hogar en el rincón del parque es la única que se encuentra en la parte inferior del centro, pero el problema sin hogar es predominante en la ciudad. El servicio era muy bueno y probablemente no me importaría quedarme allí otra vez.

over charge for requesting early check-in and offered upgrade which was not satisfactory.  Was not welcoming; .no service available.  Said free coffee! went there twice, both times was not available.  There was one person in the lobby to assist customers.  Did not have a great experience as had before.

Easy to go anywhere in Portland, Close by malls and convenience store.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location of the hotel is also a big advantage, as it is easily accessible and close to key areas. The food quality was excellent, with a good variety of options available. Overall, it was a great experience, offering good value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

房間乾淨衞生，辦理入住很快，機場酒店大巴需要付費（一個人多少沒問）。去波特蘭參展，這個酒店很方便，性價比高，走路快六七分鐘慢十分鐘左右即到展館，周邊有便利店 麥當勞，漢堡王和星巴克等，到機場也很近，打車二十幾分鍾三十幾美金，也可以做紅線輕軌（但紅線輕軌要維修到2024/3月後才能開，時間充足可以坐免費機場大巴（需要中轉一次）。波特蘭交通很方便。2023下半年政府出手安置了流浪漢和治理了城市，波特蘭煥然一新，感覺城市“活過來了”，更安全更舒適的感覺。辦理入住時會給早餐券，一樓早餐廳自己點餐，早餐券等於20美金抵扣券，超出部分需要自費，（不需要另外給小費，但茶和咖啡4美元，還有税金，所以需要先算下會不會點餐超出預算）🤣

Hyatt Centric was a super clean, safe, and amazing hotel. It was located in an excellent part of downtown (right next to a Stumptown Coffee!). The hotel is designed in a very sleak manner with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were very helpful in answering questions and opening a wine bottle & giving wine glasses to drink the wine in my room. The price was excellent for the quality of the hotel, in my opinion, and I would definitely stay here again. Traveling as a married couple with my parents.

Warm welcome upon arrival, great experience over the stay. Also worth noting that the diner at the ground floor serves stunning sandwiches..

One word: Perfect ! Without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed without spending a LOT more money. I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc. I honestly couldnt fault anything. Staff were very good. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I only wish I had more then 2 nights there. Wonderful stay.
