Muy buen servicio, la comida en el restaurante es especialmente buena incluyendo el buffet y a la carta. El único problema es la limpieza, que trasladaron mi equipaje a un lugar donde es imposible abrirlo y necesito mover mi equipaje al lugar original, colocando la toalla del piso en mi cama, y lo peor es que movieron mi importante documento de la mesa en un cajón que por suerte descubrí antes de salir del hotel. Aparte del servicio de limpieza, estoy contento con mi estancia.

We had a garden bungalow and the view was nice. Dinner was a set menu and the soups were always delicious and an interesting flavour. The place makes you slow down and relax as you enjoy the views and you can walk out of the hotel straight into a tea plantation. Staff members were helpful and friendly

Super experience, very good atmosphere and environment. Restaurant has intercontinental menu, mostly south indian dishes. House keeping was done by Dhanalakshmi & Ramesh.. Gym, Kids Play Area and Landscaping were good. Don't miss the clouds in this property.

Having personally worked in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate the effort and dedication that goes into delivering a great guest experience. I would like to share my feedback on our recent stay at The Queen Munnar, which was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by your team. I would like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Manoj at the reception, Mr. Abhimanyu in the restaurant, the staff member who assisted with our vehicle (whose name I, unfortunately, do not recall), and the lady who warmly welcomed us—each of them played a key role in enhancing our experience. This trip was particularly special as it was the first journey my wife and child were taking after my wife’s delivery. I was looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Munnar, where we could enjoy quality time together, and your property provided exactly that. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious and well-equipped. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the lighting in the bathroom for added convenience. The property itself is beautifully designed across two levels, featuring a small gym, a game area, and a stunning rooftop pool. The viewpoint at the top was a highlight, offering a breathtaking experience, especially with the cool night breeze and serene sunrise. Overall, my wife and I found our stay to be comfortable and peaceful, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a quiet, scenic retreat away from busy roads. The rooms were budget-friendly, and the buffet food was of good quality. Additionally, the availability of private spaces for candlelight dinners and small events adds to the charm of the property. It’s 10 mins walk to city centre and you can plenty of shops to eat. If you are pure vegetarian, go to many of the amazing and affordable Pure Veg restaurants nearby. Also, you can find plenty of monkeys within the resort which is nice because you can’t find any on the way. In general, it’s a decent hotel but I booked late, so, I had to pay a premium.

We had a pleasant stay! Breakfast buffet has a good spread. We loved the spiced tea served as welcome trip, we enjoyed the pool and did some tea shopping as well. We would highly recommend it for kids!

Fog Munnar, stay is very good. The morning view is awesome. We had the balcony room, super view. We enjoyed the stay with Fag Munnar hotel. Appreciated and we love to stay again.

Location is somewhat easily accessible, even though the final few km its narrow road. The ambience is great. We booked the estate pool villa, which was well maintained. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were buffet mode, the food was delicious. There is a recreation area and a watch tower, which gives a nice view of the beautiful surroundings. Overall a relaxed stay in the midst of calm nature

A nice restaurant g resort for family 1 day stay in munnar. they are available night also for any matter. they're very support. slightly expensive in restaurant I will not recommend that if don't have complimentary food try to eat from outside.
