Excellent service by Wang Qian and Wang Dan at the front desk. Even gave us a refund for our didi from Huashan North station. Also gave us very good advice on how to walk around HuaShan which is 15 minutes' walk from hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Window looked out into the mountains beyond. Six bottles of water provided. Bed is firm, pillow comfortable. Breakfast has excellent spread reminscient of other Ji Hotels. Got lift from hotel to train station on way back to Xi'An. Will stay here if i visit Hua Shan again.

We stayed at the orange hotel for a single day trip to mount hua. It was a great experience and a great hotel. The location is perfect and just 10 minutes away from mount hua tourist center and also 3 minutes from the station. The rooms are clean and spacious and the lighting is great. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the mount hua area.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was huge — with two queen beds — and everything felt very new, clean, and well maintained. Super comfortable overall. One of the highlights was the hotel transport service. They provided transfers to the train station, and also sent us to and picked us up from the Huashan Tourist Centre, which made our trip to Huashan incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us free gloves and bottled water, which was a really nice touch, especially for the hike. Another bonus is the Hunan restaurant in the hotel — easily one of the best Hunan meals we’ve had. Great taste, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Huashan!

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

Nos alojamos en Deep Seek para prepararnos para nuestro reto de escalar el Monte Hua. La habitación fue una grata sorpresa: espaciosa y con tecnología de punta (estábamos tan concentrados en conquistar el Monte Hua que olvidamos tomar fotos del hotel). Gracias, Deep Seek, por siempre ofrecer las mejores soluciones para mis viajes. También, gracias a la recepcionista por su amable ayuda para reservar la entrada al Monte Hua y otros transportes, ¡así como el obsequio por la ascensión! Y gracias al conductor del hotel por recogernos y llevarnos a la estación después de la escalada. Durante el ascenso, debido a la lluvia, el teleférico oeste estuvo cerrado temporalmente por un deslizamiento de tierra, así que rodeamos la cima y nos dirigimos al norte. Por suerte, la recepcionista del hotel nos ayudó a obtener el reembolso. Estoy muy agradecida por la amabilidad de la gente que conozco en cada viaje; siempre hacen que mis travesías sean especiales. ¡Les deseo mucho éxito en su trabajo, felicidad en sus familias y buena salud! 🫶🫶🫶

距離華山遊客中心很近，周圍吃飯也很方便. 春節期間一百多還帶雙早真的是良心商家（前一晚住附近的某温泉酒店500左右真心不划算，無早餐還是單獨購買了29.9的温泉票 不然要800+） 院子很大 停車也方便 唯一的小瑕疵就是房間太熱了 空調關了還熱得很 沒找到怎麼開冷風

La habitación está limpia y ordenada, el ambiente del hotel es bueno, se puede ver la montaña Huashan fuera de la ventana y hay servicio de transporte gratuito a la estación norte de Huashan. Desayuno rico y muy cerca del Centro de Visitantes de Huashan. La recepción en la recepción fue cálida y mejoraron la habitación gratis con niños. El guardia de seguridad es serio y responsable. Me quedaré aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que venga.

房間比較新， 空調不錯，噪音不大。 停車： 門前車位少一些，更規整； 後院車位多一些，但有些臟亂。 前台服務員態度一直還可以。 旁邊合作的餐飲部，有點菜有快餐，豐儉由人，點菜的味道還可以， 服務員態度可以。 但住到第三天，酒店人員各方面有懈怠： 客房打掃，不放手紙，説好的多放兩瓶水也沒放。 洗衣房，兩個烘乾機的過濾網很臟，如圖四、圖五， 一點點臟的一般我就自己清理了——這麼臟的，明顯是一方面前面用烘乾機的住客沒有自覺、管的，一方面是酒店人員也有失職：所以我就跟前台説了，需要清理， 結果半個小時之後，我去烘乾衣服，發現並沒有清理——我自己清理了少一些的那個，如圖六。
