Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. This wasn’t just a symbolic offering; it was something you could genuinely enjoy at your own pace. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay. This hotel is not too far away from the entrance of jiuhua shan. About 6 minutes by didi. I recommend if you do not want to stay in the mountain. This is the hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will give this hotel 5 star. The breakfast is so so though.

Nice and cosy hotel, very friendly owners, support me for booking bus ticket for mountain journey. All very clean and close to local attractions. This hotel will be a very good choice to every time - when I return to Jiuhuashan, I will choose again!

We stayed for two nights. On the first day, we visited Jiuhua Mountain Dayuan Culture Park, located at the foot of Mt. Jiuhua, before checking in to our hotel at the Jiuhua Street Scenic Area. The following day, we visited the key temples and explored Jiuhua Street. On the third day, we visited the Heavenly Terrace Scenic Area, specifically Tiantai Temple. We were grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room to enhance accessibility for elderly guests, as well as their helpful advice on executing our plan. Also for arranging private transportation and providing pick-up/drop-off services. The only disappointment was the lack of variety at the breakfast buffet.

因為知道做生意不容易，所以不給差評了。但我是真心避雷這家民宿，用攜程十多年難得評價。看到別人發的小紅書説位置很偏但去哪裡都會送，就還是訂了這個房間。到了以後發現真的太犄角旮旯了去哪裡都很遠。晚上想去肯德基，問前台那個阿姨能叫人送一下嗎，阿姨説可以自己走過去沒多遠，走到好好民宿那邊才發現還有1.3公里。。然後回來的時候就叫民宿的那個司機接我們，還給他發了煙，他叫我們走到前面200多米地方，實際上那條路走到頭黑漆漆的很恐怖而且看了導航有500米。差評的第一就是這個司機導致的，包括後面接我們也很不情願，總是讓我們走來走去。這不用狡辯，大家都能感受到。早飯也沒啥衹有一碗湯麪，房間更無語，廁所開門的都壞了用個繩綁綁，床單還很臟，那個前台的阿姨更是各種下頭行為不想多説了。總而言之能看出並沒有好好維護這個民宿，既然如此在這麼多民宿的景區你們有啥優點呢。不過這家的老闆娘，做早餐那位，人很不錯很熱情，所以我因為你不想差評了

和朋友一起來九華山遊玩，最驚喜的就是入住了嘉潤凱萊酒店，位置很好，酒店對面就是大願文化園，房間很寬敞安靜，空氣很清新，其實爬山還是挺累的，住的舒服能抵消很多疲憊感。酒店工作人員很仔細，服務特別好，退房遺留了筆記本，詢問後馬上給我寄了過來，十分感謝！下次再來九華山還是會選擇這個酒店的！！推薦推薦！！
