Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Eine wunderschöne Erfahrung!!! Dieses Hotel ist ein kleines Juwel, sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich. Es ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll dekoriert, das Zimmer ist groß, die Betten sehr gut. Man wird mit Tee, Snacks und Obst verwöhnt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind aber die Chefin und die Angestellten, die sich rührend um einen kümmern, vielen herzlichen Dank!!! Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

首先是看攜程上的視頻照片被景色環境吸引而選擇的這家，剛開始加了服務員微信讓她拍個實景視頻給我，可能九點特別忙，兩個人都沒有給我，後來又打電話加了一位叫小丁的前台微信（不得不説，我也是個很執着的人），這位小丁同志二話沒説就去了房間給我拍了視頻，而且還給我打來了視頻電話從二樓到一樓帶着我視頻看，看完之後隨即下了攜程訂單鎖定了這間房間，入住之後先去餐廳吃飯，李柏娟同志服務的我們，看到餐廳人不多自己也擔心不好吃，有想放棄這裏出去吃的打算，柏娟看到我們的想法沒有任何不悦，全程微笑服務講解餐廳的拿手菜，最後留下來吃確實是因為柏娟的服務，吃完之後發現實在人就是實在人不會撒謊誇大，餐廳的飯確實很好吃，同時餐廳的徐牡丹負責我們包間就怕我們吃不飽給了那麼多米飯，還給了水果拼盤，餐廳的早餐也非常好吃，其中吃到了這邊獨有的腐乳想買兩瓶帶回去，結果晚上去餐廳吃飯的時候，徐牡丹直接給我們拿了兩瓶説不要錢，不能不佩服她們之間的溝通工作做的非常到位，讓人很感動，還有客房部的孫大姐，孩子去爬九華山從天台寺下來孩子褲子全弄臟了，打電話問前台洗衣房可以洗就是會收費，孫大姐看了褲子之後直接説她們免費給洗洗就行了，而且怕耽誤我們行程，三個小時左右連洗帶烘乾弄好之後就送來了房間，真的是很感謝，還有再説一下這個酒店看是17年建成的，而且靠着這個湖，應該説這麼多年如果受潮的話房間肯定會有木材開裂或者牆紙脱落情況，但是實際上你看每一處實木的傢俱雖然有點過時但是客房包括餐廳的實木材料沒有一處開裂也沒有任何一處壁紙脱落，可以想象到老闆當初裝修的時候是絕對沒有偷工減料，且相當用心了，木材紮紮實實的用功也不得不讓人佩服，老闆應該是一位非常靠譜的人，所以才會從上到下都一起使勁，再次感謝各位的周到服務，下次有緣再來的話還會選擇此處。

酒店離九華山南莊售票處步行5分鐘，位置很好。兩室一廳的佈局，很適合帶大童出遊。看評論説隔音不好的問題，我們也沒有遇到，可能是房間所在位置原因，非常安靜，一覺睡到天亮。酒店在一個很幽靜的小園區內部，沒什麼人，溜達溜達很舒服。早餐品種不算太多，但味道都很好，尤其是米粉一定要嚐嚐。 酒店需要改進的地方：房間的圖片是帶小院的，結果實際被分配到了二層的陽台房，也沒人提前告知。我發現後兩次和前台溝通這個事（一次是當天晚上突然意識到不對給前台打了電話，一次是退房時前台詢問我入住感受），兩位前台很明顯都沒有意識到這是個問題，衹是一通解釋。其實我的訴求並不是想換房或怎樣，衹是告知酒店房間宣傳圖和實際不符，且工作人員最開始很明顯不覺得這是酒店的問題，覺得是我沒有看清文字説明，這一點看服務也需要加強。 酒店總體還是不錯的，此行九華山很圓滿。
