The main level of the home features a large, open great room with gas log fireplace and furnishings arranged around it, an updated eat-in kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones. There are three bedrooms and two baths on this level as well. The master suite has a King bed and private bathroom, and the Queen and two twin bedroom both share a second full bathroom. Downstairs you'll find a second gathering room, transformed into a fun game room! Enjoy ping pong, foosball, and darts here along with another big TV. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night. - Due to the elevation, the Town of Seven Devils requires that all visitors from November-April come prepared with 4WD or AWD, and during inclement weather chains may be required. This home is accessed by a paved road and roads will be plowed with 3"+ of snow after a storm, but it is wise to come prepared for any weather possibility. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
