UUsuario invitadoGreat experience for us, first time stayed in a ”boat house”, we find it very interesting and peaceful, everything is clean and equip, the view on deck was beautiful too. The only thing might need to bear in mind is all boat are right next to each other, and we are glad there was no big party / noise going on in the evening. If we have time, we will definitely stay for a few more days to enjoy the 'on boat life'.

Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room.
Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on.
Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50.
Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff.
Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort.
Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day.
Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

Front desk person available from 8 to 5.
Good value in comparison to other hotels at Key West starting at $500 per night.

SSelina seetFantastic location by the green parrot and u don’t hear the party noise on the street. Good size room and cute little patio- but the ac just blew air like a fan and did not lower the temp. Way too humid and couldn’t sleep well. The breakfast situation was not good. Groups would claim all 3 tables with personal items and you would have to wait. Works if you r not there for work. I popped my head in to the cook in the kitchen to say hi there’s 2 more of us and he snapped at me saying can’t u see there’s others waiting? lol. He went table to table to ask what they wanted- even tho it was the one item on the menu for the day. So it was a slow process- ended up grabbing outside food.

TTiChattonNice and spacious room included Nespresso pods. Central location, not too far from Duval st. Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day.
Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious.
Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

La casa es increíble y justo al lado de la calle Duval y todas las principales atracciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas y sencillas.

El servicio de TV y internet era espléndido. La barra en uno de los ciegos tenía una pieza que faltaba. Nos pagaban un extra $180 por reservar a través de Trip.com. Definitivamente no vale la pena.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent location being on the water and close to everything from food and liquor shopping to have a restaurant with tiki boats to rent right next door, the fish house 2.5 miles away. Service was great from the office with TJ to have a good coffee machine in the office and 2 bottles of water in the room. This is my third time and always leave with nice memories.

UUsuario invitadoI booked two rooms for our friends both rooms were clean and the location was nice but our room the tv did not work well we called three times over two days yet got no responce.the most disapointing part was the resort facilities were not open the pool bar we never saw open and the bar at the waters edge was only open twice we called and was told the bartender couldn’t make it. We found TJs down the road and spent some evenings at that resort. The breakfast was not enjoyed by anyone in our party. I cannot recommend this resort.

UUsuario invitadoEl personal de recepción estaba adorable, tan bienvenido y útil. Piccolo piscina calentada y bonitos salón solar, sólo faltan algunas sombras para hacerlo perfecto. La barbacoa exterior era grande para usar y limpiar. No se llenó de limpieza durante nuestra estancia nocturna... 🤷🏼♀️
