When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk but there was a sign on the counter, so we were fine waiting. As we stood there a young woman came around the corner and barely looked at us. She then proceeded to pull the sign off the counter and start typing on the computer in front of us without saying a single word or acknowledging us. She acted extremely irritated with us. After probably 5-8 minutes of silence, I asked her in a kind voice if she was ready for us. She barely looked away from her computer and said, ”in a few minutes” She finally asked us for our information and checked us in. I have never been treated this poorly at the front desk of a hotel in my life. Pretty unhospitable for a person in the hospitality business. The hotel itself had a nice room and comfortable beds. We didn't try the breakfast or the other facilities, but they looked good. Not sure if I would stay here again, if I'm treated so poorly.

Nos quedaron en el aeropuerto durante media hora para que el transbordador nos recojara, lo cual no fue un buen comienzo, pero una vez que comprobamos todo lo demás fue genial. El desayuno también era bueno, nada inusual, excepto que los bastidores de cenámen eran excelentes! Pensé que podíamos ahorrar un día en el coche de alquiler al cogerlo el día siguiente usando el barco del hotel, pero alquilamos desde un lugar que está fuera del sitio (con su propio barco aeroportuario) así que en lugar de navegar dos veces sólo Ubered por $13 y lo cogíamos El hotel es un hotel muy agradable.

Hotel muy nuevo, la cama es muy cómoda, el baño del baño también es muy grande, la habitación es grande, la iluminación es muy acogedora, la ubicación es en el centro, el estacionamiento no es gratuito para unos 20 cuchillos durante la noche, el desayuno es Starbucks & Cooperación Bistro, No es una cena adecuada, está bien comer un desayuno ligero. ¡Buen valor para el dinero!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Room was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground

체크인시 시간이 너무 소요됨 층간소음이 큼 가구가 좀 안정적이진 않음 나름 깨끗하고 침대도폭신하기도 함 조식도 먹을걸로만 준비해줘서 괜찮았음 특히 오렌지가 맛있었음. 수건이나 기타 필요사항 리셉션에 요청하면 챙겨줌 그래도 5박 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 와이파이가 첫날만 되고 안되서 아쉬웠음

El personal fue muy amable, las habitaciones estaban limpias y fueron muy serviciales Tuve mucha suerte de poder ser ayudado por Katie en la recepción, ella fue muy complaciente cuando solicité una habitación con jacuzzi porque la noche anterior no estaban disponibles . Y una ventaja, estaba justo al lado de la piscina. ¡Definitivamente volveré!

El hotel es muy bueno, dije temprano que hay desayuno. Pero es posible que los chinos no estén acostumbrados. Cuando vine por primera vez a los Estados Unidos, no podía comer esas cosas frías. Puedes salir y comprar algo, o cocinar y comer tú mismo.

Good value. Pet friendly. Friendly staff. Clean enough and has all the comforts to feel at home when one might need it most.
