We felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites.

Wow! We stumbled across this place at last minute as our first choice was booked out - how fortunate it turned out to be! Check-in staff - incredibly welcoming and helpful; room - extremely well presented (newly renovated); location - perfect! Directly across the road to the beach; breakfast - it would have to be the best we’ve had in a very long time. So many options, all top quality. Oh, and the fresh squeezed orange juice was a tasty treat. Definitely recommend this place.

El hotel estaba en un lugar muy agradable y la vista era increíble. El personal también es muy bienvenido. El café y el té están disponibles 24 horas al día. El desayuno estaba un poco abierto. No hay nada en stock y sólo hay muy pocas cosas disponibles y no sabía muy bien. En general, era un buen lugar para permanecer durante la noche. Tres pasos de la playa.

The overall hotel experience was GREAT! The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was the best I've had during any of my hotel stays.

The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

I booked with trips.com and it specifically says deluxe room with balcony vs standard room with balcony . I spoke with manager concerning this and she said show me the email or go to trips.com . I tried to pull it up but it find not and I clearly told her I paid more for the room and she said , the room I wanted was cheaper but did not honor it . She told me the price change if I changed it .. I have worked for hospitality over 15 yrs and never encountered someone not so accommodating .

The service at the Infinity Buffet was very good. frank was our waiter. The Den on the 9th floor was exceptional. I think  Brenda was our waitress. Food was very good. Only complaint… in our room the shampoo, lotion, handsoap and  shower body wash was almost empty. Seems it had not  been replenished in a couple of cleanings or more. Only two squirts. Room was clean. Enjoyed our stay. Will be back for sure.

¡Nos encantó todo! !! La vista era hermosa con la bañera de hidromasaje más maravillosa en el baño privado. Camas muy cómodas, personal servicial ya poca distancia a pie de ****** sy excelente comida.

¡Todo en esta habitación estaba a la altura de los estándares, servicio agradable de habitaciones limpias! Sin quejas
