Aunque este hotel está un poco alejado de la zona de Hakone, las habitaciones son espaciosas, el baño es grande y está junto a una hermosa cascada. El precio más alto lo vale.

來之前還很擔心，因為也看了很多褒貶不一的評價，但是最終沒有選擇更換其他酒店，主要看中的是離湯本站距離很近，交通方便。 來到之後發現，個人而言這裏很好～ 首先房間很大，雖然房間設備舊，依然是按鍵開關，不是插卡就通電的現代感房型，但這種傳統和式房的年代感還不錯～ 其次夏天山腳下帶露天私湯的房間，沒有看到蚊子很滿意～僅僅在入住當天看到一衹未知蟲子，就再也沒看到蚊蟲，特別是温泉池的水一直是循環流動的，水面並沒有漂浮不該有的任何東西；且晚上泡着温泉看天空的星星很愜意～ 早晚餐看上去一小份一小份的上量都不大，但是在最後根本吃不下（𖦹.𖦹） 最後無論是前台辦入住，還是早晚用餐 整體服務態度都很好～

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The traditional Japanese room was spacious and super comfy. The onsen facilities were definitely the highlight, way better than I expected for the price we paid. They have 3 types: 1 indoor, 1 outdoor and 1 mixed. All these are bookable throughout the day, from 7am to 11pm and they are completely private. The ryokan is 15 minutes walking from Gora station, so if you arrive by train and you have luggage I recommend you check on google map how to get there with a bus, otherwise you’ll have to walk uphill for a while. The only negative point I can find is probably the breakfast, I tried both western and Japanese style, they are both quite pricy for what they are and I personally did not enjoy the Japanese one. Despite this I would totally come back if I ever visit Hakone again.

Muy bonito hotel de estilo tradicional japonés en Wenzhou. Es el tatami en el que siempre quise vivir. La cocina kaiseki para la cena y el desayuno es muy rica y deliciosa~ Oler el aroma de la naturaleza y sumergirse en aguas termales aquí es refrescante... ¡Hermoso! Ten cuidado al subir y bajar escaleras de madera❤️

Los procedimientos previos están en inglés, por lo que puede ser difícil hacerlo sin problemas si no estás acostumbrado. Pero si sigues el procedimiento, el check-in no lleva mucho tiempo y se siente bastante privado. Incluso con seis personas había mucho espacio para relajarse. Sería aún mejor si proporcionaran sales de baño. El balcón es espacioso y está lleno de vegetación, y es tranquilo y cómodo.

Reservamos un hotel con aguas termales improvisadamente y quedamos muy satisfechos. Llegamos temprano, así que el check-in no era hasta las 15:30, pero pudimos dejar el equipaje. El personal nos hizo las camas mientras cenábamos. La cena fue variada, pero no nos gustaron mucho las guarniciones. Habría estado bien haber pedido sashimi en su lugar. El postre también nos sorprendió gratamente. El desayuno del día siguiente también fue muy completo y delicioso. Una experiencia muy buena, muy recomendable.

Such a great find! Calming ryokan in a peaceful part of the mountain. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating of us as tourists who didn’t speak Japanese. Every meal was delicious and the staff took time to tell us what each little dish was and even gave us some extra mini dishes to help us try different things. They were all delicious! The onsens were also very relaxing and had everything you could need. My boyfriend and I booked the private onsen our last night and looking out over the mountain at night when it was raining was a great experience. We got the Japanese style room and it was very spacious and the tatami floors were very comfortable. View over the mountains was also terrific. The ryokan shuttle took us to the nearest two train stations (Gora or Sounzan) in the morning when we requested and picked us up at the end of the day so it was very convenient getting to the ryokan even without a car. Highly recommend this stay!!

Positives 1. Large spacious and clean room. Certainly an upgrade from the smaller Tokyo city rooms we were in. 2. The medicinal tea bar was a hit with our group and an interesting touch to the hotel. 3. The public baths (onsen) were well maintained and clean. 4. The hotel provides yukata robes that you can change into. 5. Breakfast and dinner were decent and necessary judging by the limited number of eateries in the area. There is Gora Brewery just behind the hotel and a Daily Yamazaki convenience store just 1 min walk. 6. You can get to Gora Park in 1 min. Tips to get from Gora station to hotel and vice versa 1. Walking. The steep slope is really not for the faint hearted. 2. When you get off at Gora, hop onto the Tozan line from Gora and get off at Koen Shimo (1 stop). It is covered if you buy the Hakone Free Pass. From Koen Shimo, it is a straight walk to the hotel. Much easier than climbing the slope. 3. Hotel shuttle. From Gora station exit, turn right and you will see an underpass. Go through it and this is where the shuttle picks / drops. We didn’t manage to find out how to get the shuttle from Gora station, but from the hotel - you should book the shuttle in advance as it can get full especially during check out time.

Está cerca de la zona turística de Hakone, hay servicio de autobús y hay restaurantes italianos y supermercados cerca, lo cual fue muy conveniente esta vez. El hecho de que también haya aparcamiento fue aún mejor. Me gustaría volver a usarlo.

El hotel no tiene ascensor y el personal ni siquiera se molestó en ayudarnos con nuestras maletas. El almacenamiento de equipaje es de 500 ¥ por pieza y queríamos dejarlo por media hora. El desayuno está disponible para 500¥ pero es sólo café y croissant, podría pagar más pero conseguir algo de comida buena porque no hay restaurantes cerca. La recepción se cierra a las 9 o 10 horas, y hubo invitados que llegaron después de ese tiempo y nos pidió ayuda porque no había nadie en el conteo. El onsen parecía decepcionante. en general, está bien si usted está buscando un alojamiento presupuestario por 1 noche, pero no lo recomendaría
