今次來東京主要是看樱花，順道到箱根浸溫泉，在網上看到這溫泉旅館評價不錯，所以親自體驗一下，通過電郵可以預約貸切風侶，預約接送服務亦快速回覆，職員服務恩切，溫泉方面，房間內有私人風侶，對於要私隱度人士好適合，食物方面質素不錯，整體來說是一間高質素的溫泉旅館。

♨️Las aguas termales privadas del hotel están ubicadas en un bosque prístino y tranquilo. Para evitar las multitudes, decidí ir sola a las 7 de la mañana. A pesar del viento frío, disfruté de un rato a solas en las humeantes aguas termales. 🪭Las comidas del hotel eran auténtica cocina kaiseki, con abulón fresco (con sabor a sal marina) y sashimi de atún rojo: una experiencia muy ceremonial. Después de la comida, disfrutamos del servicio de preparación de camas al estilo japonés y un aromático genmaicha (té de arroz integral). El único inconveniente fue que la calefacción de la habitación era un poco insuficiente. 🎐Perdí mi teléfono en el Shinkansen (tren de cercanías). El personal de la estación me dijo que los contactara por Line, pero la respuesta fue muy lenta y complicada debido a la barrera del idioma. Estoy muy agradecida con este hotel por contactar rápidamente con la oficina de objetos perdidos del Shinkansen. Me proporcionaron la ubicación y la información relevante, y finalmente pude recuperar mi teléfono. ¡Muchas gracias de nuevo! 🫶🏻

環境：酒店位於山裡，空氣非常清新，夜晚很安靜，旁邊還有一個小河道和小瀑布。酒店距離箱根神社、蘆之湖等景點的距離也不遠。 服務：服務很周到，早飯很豐富，還可以預訂午餐和晚餐。 設施：酒店整體裝修還比較新，房間面積比起東京同價位酒店要大很多。酒店的温泉有室內和室外的，非常乾淨，聽着外面小瀑布的水聲泡着温泉很愜意。

A place stagnate in time, with timeless charm and good environment. Located conveniently nearby to Yumoto Station is a great plus for laid back area of Hakone. Service staff are friendly and attentive to details, and have no difficulty to communicate in English. Recommended for slow pace holiday

Muy bonito hotel de estilo tradicional japonés en Wenzhou. Es el tatami en el que siempre quise vivir. La cocina kaiseki para la cena y el desayuno es muy rica y deliciosa~ Oler el aroma de la naturaleza y sumergirse en aguas termales aquí es refrescante... ¡Hermoso! Ten cuidado al subir y bajar escaleras de madera❤️

Realmente vale la pena recomendar este hotel en Hakone, está a sólo unos kilómetros de las atracciones de Owakudani y las aguas termales son de alta calidad. Rodeado por el Museo de Arte de Hakone, el Parque Gora y el teleférico. Las montañas y los bosques son densos y el paisaje desde la ventana de la habitación es hermoso. Hay un pabellón de aguas termales independiente y una piscina de aguas termales dentro del edificio. El gran cristal mira directamente a la jungla. La pequeña piscina al aire libre está bloqueada por una cerca, pero se pueden ver nubes blancas flotando en el cielo azul. La cena y el desayuno pedidos en el hotel fueron exquisitos y deliciosos, hermosos y deliciosos.

20 min uphill hike from Gora station. Or you can take cable train up hill for two stations and walk on flatland for about 8 minutes to hotel. Hotel has shuttle bus. They dropped us off on the way back. You can possibly call to pick you up at Gora station. Trip.com reservation options show you prices for one adult. It's very hard to book for 3 people to stay in one room to save money. I sent a custom request to the hotel exactly this - 3 people in one room. Trip.com charged me $270 and when I got to the hotel, they said I have to pay $300+ more for 2 more people. That was not clearly communicated to me by either Trip.com or hotel. There's a language and cultural barrier. In Japan, you pay per person - not by rooms. They scan your all passports of everyone staying - not just the person who books. With last minute notice, I had no choice but to pay more as other hotels nearby are filled up and we were very tired from 4 hours train transfers dragging our bags plus 8 minutes walk to the hotel. All in all, if trip.com room selections are not a perfect fit, I can't recommend booking this hotel. Custom messages are not recognized. Communication is lacking. You will get charged last minute without any alternatives left. For $570 a night, we could have a way better hotel in Hakone. The breakfast also wasn't memorable and you have to reserve it ahead of time. I would not come back.

Such a great find! Calming ryokan in a peaceful part of the mountain. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating of us as tourists who didn’t speak Japanese. Every meal was delicious and the staff took time to tell us what each little dish was and even gave us some extra mini dishes to help us try different things. They were all delicious! The onsens were also very relaxing and had everything you could need. My boyfriend and I booked the private onsen our last night and looking out over the mountain at night when it was raining was a great experience. We got the Japanese style room and it was very spacious and the tatami floors were very comfortable. View over the mountains was also terrific. The ryokan shuttle took us to the nearest two train stations (Gora or Sounzan) in the morning when we requested and picked us up at the end of the day so it was very convenient getting to the ryokan even without a car. Highly recommend this stay!!

Pasé una noche en la zona de Hakone, disfrutando de la tranquilidad del entorno natural. La habitación individual que reservé tenía una cama bastante grande y era muy práctica para lavarse y comer. Fue una buena opción por el precio.
